Front desk assistance was great. Very friendly & extremely helpful. Quiet and very relaxing. Breakfast was good but limited on food to choose from. Not a bad stay considering the great rate offered for stay. Overall, I'd give it 3 1/2 stars and would recommend for short stay.

There was little to no hot water to shower. There was no in-room coffee. There was no grab bar to enter the shower / bath tub. The refrig & microwave worked well. There were no donuts or eggs or healthy cereal at breakfast. The breakfast started at 6:30 & should start earlier, if there is no coffee in the room.

it was very clean and the employee was very respectful the Breakfast was perfect as the POOL and the sport area. I t was a great stay at that Hotel we are very happy and very convenient for our Needs . BRAVO HIGH SPRINGS INN IN ALACHUA FLORIDA USA.

The room was dirty and the sheets were not changed and the room had not been cleaned. The management was very apologetic and made every effort to rectify the situation. Don't think I would go there again just now but have definitely not ruled out going there sometime in the future. Big kudos to management for making ammends

Rooms are not clean

Nice room, had a clean odor. Towels were thin and dinghy. Refrigerator fell out every time we opened it and the top of it had about an inch of dust. Staff was very sweet and nice.

Spider webs and a spider. , lights broken , old sheets with yellow stain on pillow. Room 225.

This hotel was digsusting. I had to move rooms 3 different times because there was either no electricity, tbe shower was broken and the room was filthy. The final straw was when there was a used condom next to the bed. The staff are usless & dont care. Dont stay here.

We booked with the High Springs Inn for a few nights in mid June 2025. The Inn is undergoing renovations which Peter, the owner, made us aware of prior to our check in in the afternoon and upon arrival, gave us our choice of rooms and locations. Carline, his wife set up breakfast and runs the desk in the morning. They are wonderful people, very honest and scrupulous in their dealings. They treat you like family and are kind to all that come through the door. The facility is located close to the numerous springs in the area and is a great place to stay while in the area.

Staff member walked into our room without knocking which was kind of unnerving and the room wasn't very clean but side from that everything else was pretty good

Excellent good service, clean, good breakfast

This was a quick stop to rest but it was so dirty I barely slept. The light in the vanity was broken. There was poop in the toilet when we got there. The shower head looked like it would fall out of the ceiling if used. The fridge didn’t work and there was a line down the middle of the tv. all in all it was sketchy. I do not recommend. Staff was nice.
