Staff was great, remodel is badly needed

Property is under construction, no signage, run down inside and out.

Nice front desk staff. Especially Jessica B. The motel is going through a remodel and changing to a Best Western Plus. We booked this motel months in advance but we were not told about this at the time of booking. We had to ask for toilet paper the next morning after arriving . The bathtub did not drain while a shower was being taken but did after getting out. This was reported but my spouse used a plunger and got the drain somewhat unclogged. He pulled lots of hair out. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good.

Old, broken dirty, booked a handicap accessible room because I’m traveling with my 85 year-old father who doesn’t walk well reserved a handicapped accessible room the room they gave us no handicap. Accessibility didn’t even have one grab bar in the whole bathroom. Shower was very dangerous for my father fixtures. Broken carpet stained very badly unsafe with construction work going on outside of both entrances and exits heater didn’t work right air conditioner didn’t work right staff could care less would not recommend this hotel to anybody

Great budget hotel. On it's way to becoming a Best Western.

Property is having renovations done, but otherwise the stay was pleasant.

Close to shopping, eating, hi-ways

Only provided 2 hangers for clothes. The outside of the hotel is undergoing renovations to make it a Best Western Plus Hotel. The breakfast was good. When we got there around 8:30 the selections were almost empty but the staff did fill up the chafing dishes for us. The shower is too strong so you can’t stand under it. The sink was also slow draining. Otherwise, bed and pillows are comfortable.

Cleanliness and property conditions took a bit of hit due to remodeling.

I received a message after making an non-refundable reservation that the property was going through some renovations but my room should be fine in a renovated area. When i arrived at the property I was shocked to see the entire exterior of the building torn off, half the parking lot full of construction equipment, and the lobby and entrance all torn up. Although the room was fine with exception of some staining in the sink perhaps from paint or stain, the elevator was dirty from construction. This place should be shut down during this kind of remodeling or the remodeling should be more limited while people stay there. I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel

Bed was horrible!! Very uncomfortable & mattress not firm at all… big divots on both sides… husband and kept rolling into the middle 😡

Easy check in, good parking and a decent breakfast.

It was nice and fairly quiet considering all the construction going on at the place.

Hotel was being remodeled so there was construction mess but the room was very clean and comfortable

Cockroaches in rooms and stinky bathrooms

Our stay was great , dog friendly I was able to bro my GSP, the bed was very comfortable. One problem was that I had gotten an email a week before our stay starting they are are doing work on the hotel (on the outside and in the lobby). The construction people had garbage all over the grounds (they didn’t pick up the styrofoam board, ect and my dog always wanted to eat it) outside cold have been cleaner by the workers or the contractor company they hired

The motel was a little dated but our room was great, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good, location right next to the mall and lots of restaurants and the price was right.

They are undergoing updates, mainly outside, but it was fine. Rooms may be updated next, which will be nicer! No complaints...just facts!

Inside clean, dated some broken tiles in room. Beds ok.
