Excellent location nice clean property

Close to museums. Staff is very proficient and helpful. Parking next door is convenient and staff friendly.

Staff was a lady at the desk and she was very nice and carried an ice bucket for me to my room. The AC wasn’t working properly - and the system to change the AC is very complicated - the room was teeny tiny as was bathroom. It was all okay but more like a holiday inn than a hotel. I had very noisy neighbors throughout the night and was woken up numerous times-I wouldn’t choose that hotel again.

The property was convenient to where we needed to be. Staff very helpful. Entrance was not handicap accessible. Bit noisy on streetside. But room was comfortable.

Prefect hotel for my visit in UES. Staff was nice, Rooms arent huge but they were clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Plus there was a nespresso machine and complimentary bottled water so convenient for an early cup of coffee. I would definitely stay here again. Note that there are at least 4 steps to enter lobby.

Wonderful location on Manhattan's Upper East Side. Museums, restaurants, Central Park are all close by. We stayed here because its 10 short blocks to Lenox Hill Hospital. For out-of-towners -- know that the rooms are small, but hopefully you will be out exploring this great city. Very welcoming staff, cozy. We will stay there again.

The hotel location is convenient. The price is good for NYC. The rooms are very small. The bed is comfortable and the employees are helpful and polite.

We arrived at the hotel at 3:30pm ( 30 minutes past check-in). Our room was not ready and they couldn’t tell us when it would be… we were there to attend a shiva service so were forced to get ready in a public bathroom and leave our luggage in another families accommodations. We were told we would be called when the room was ready but did not receive a call. We had to go back to the front desk to find out our when we could get into the room ( past the time of our service). We were not able to get into our room till the evening when we arrived back only to find out that they had overbooked many rooms during our day. The rooms are extremely small and the AC stopped working in the middle of the night. Will not book again in the future.

This is a small hotel with great staff and excellent location. Rooms are very small so if you're someone who likes to spend a lot of time in your room, this is probably not for you if you're more than 1 person. But we were out and about most of the time so it was perfect for us. Two suggestions: the outdoor patio needs attention in order for guests to use and it would be helpful if the room with multiple tables could be opened before 9am since the available tables around the coffee area filled up quickly. We will definitely stay here on our next visit.

This is a boutique hotel located on the upper east side. It’s extremely clean and quiet. Plenty of nice touches like water available all day. Coffee and tea available all day. Also there is a coffee bar and they will Make you an espresso or latte (not free) plenty of great places to eat. My daughter lives a few blocks away and we wlll be coming here whenever we visit her.

I've walked by this hotel so many times and wondered what it was like. I recently had the chance to check it out when visiting family in the neighborhood. It's a delight. Yes the rooms are small, but they're stylish, good lighting, good bed. The front desk women are absolutely lovely, friendly and helpful. I love being able to get a coffee then head back upstairs. The location is terrific for exploring the UES.
