Hotel is a couple of minutes walking distance from The Citadel; about 10 minutes from the Waterfront area; service was very good; room was comfortable and as advertised; free breakfast was also very good

My only complaint is construction around hotel. Which nothing can be done about. I just wish hotel had given some notice of how to get to hotel as GPS was no help with all road closures (in front of hotel) Would of been easier if told you to go directly to parking garage with address

Great location, next to cidatel hill, just this peroid have many construction and road blocked around, better ask for the direction of the garage before if you are drive your vehicle.

The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. The continental breakfast was seriously lacking. Didn’t have any meat option. Had to pay extra for that. This hotel needs a serious refresh.

The room was clean and quiet. It was within walking distance of shopping and dining. The only negative was the parking. We paid $25 per night and there was no parking. We were told to park n one place but had to get up to move the vehicle before 8am! The new place we were told to park was in the parade and when we went after breakfast to leave our vehicle was blocked in completely. The manager had to find the owners to move so we could get out. Needless to say we were worried about our vehicle the whole time we were there

Very clean hotel, very conveniently located. The facilities are a bit old. When we checked in, the front street was under construction and completely closed. It made it difficult to drive to the hotel.

Great downtown location for our first east coast Halifax trip. Check in was easy and quick. Our junior suite was roomy enough for 3 people. The complimentary breakfast was very good, nice touch having the fresh fruit. The construction on the street was noisy but luckily we were booked on the other side facing the harbour.

Staff were excellent; construction work in area just started and made entry/ exit to property difficult. Room was dated and had musty smell but was clean. Towels pillows and sheets were also clean and in great condition.

Hello, I have been staying at Cambridge Suites in Toronto and Halifax for many years and always will stay there. A few problems this time. Booked room with pull out bed for my son and I, attending a family reunion. We discovered at 1230 AM Pull out bed had no sheets or blankets or pillows. Also, had to order cutlery. Paid $57.00 for 2 days parking and twice there was no parking in the lot or outside. Anyways, staff terrific as always.
