We had a large room but our friend’s rooms were small. The breakfast area was small and the breakfast was ok. The location was central to shopping and dinning.

Nicely located with dining options close by,breakfast was included,nothing fancy but nice to have,staff was super friendly, would definitely stay here again when visiting family

Great value for the money. Love that you can park outside your room eliminating lugging suitcases around.

Clean, and comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold items.

Nice place to stay

We showed up with a reservation and were told they did not have a room for us. More than that, the receptionist was incredibly rude about the whole thing, insisting that because we booked through a 3rd party website (Expedia/ Hotels.com) it was our problem to sort out. Worst customer service from a hotel ever.

Friendly staff, busy neighbourhood but unexpectedly quiet considering.

Water from shower head is more like dripping than flowing. Experienced this in this hotel and next one I stopped in. So must be some water saving policy. My usual hotel chain was sold out in both places so did not have a choice. Will be avoiding this chain if possible

The hotel is three-star, but for customers coming from USA, it is somewhat overpriced.

The rug was dirty and stained . The walls needed repaitr and paint . The bathroom door stuck and had to be forced open from the outside . The tub tile needed to be cleaned an regrouted The bed was vey comfortable housekeeping did the best they could to clean . We had to go elsewhere for beakfast at 7:30 as the breakfast room did not open . I feel i should get somekind of refund for being the worst hotel on our trip .
