Large clean room. Excellent customer service. Great buffet breakfast.

We had a one night stay at the hotel. Excellent location in Verona. Very convenient to access all of the main tourist attractions, including the arena. The staff were excellent. Very welcoming and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. There was also a good selection at self-service breakfast the next morning.

A este hotel le doy 10 de 10 es maravilloso, la ubicacion, la limpieza, el personal, el salon cerca de la recepcion es precioso. Las habitaciones (porque rente dos) son super lindas y comodas, las camas super comodas, no se filtra ruido, estaba todo super limpio. Quede muy complacida con este hotel y no solo volveria a quedarme en el sino que lo recomenaria.

Once we found the hotel (the sign was for drivers rather than walkers) it was in a good location. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on what it was like. We did however think it a little strange to have to hand in the key when we left the hotel (not asked to do so elsewhere in Italy, but then the key was very bulky and heavy - so just as well) and the "cleaning" was a bit odd - no towels changed / bed made, but the window was opened (allowing bugs into the room?)

I really enjoyed, it was extremely closed to all the tourist spots, as in 6 minutes walk! The room were clean and modern, and the staff so sweet and kind! Breakfast was good too! As a female solo traveler I felt safe too! The price made it all even more worth it!

The building is not particularly charming, but it's very conveniently located, just a few minutes from the Arena and the old town. Breakfast buffet was not very exciting. Very friendly staff.

Work trip

I cannot fault this hotel, the location is perfect for the arena and the Piazza Bra. The reception has a lovely large lobby area with comfy sofas and a bar. My room was quiet, clean, well designed and comfortable. The shower room looks new. Breakfast was excellent, with loads of variety. All the staff were cheerful, friendly and helpful. A special thank you to the receptionist on duty on Sunday evening 15th June who went out of his way to arrange taxis to the airport for 5 of us when we were panicking because we couldn't find one.

When i come to Verona each year i always stay at Hotel San Luca. The staff are friendly, and the location is perfect to explore the city

Good, clean, comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Ideally situated for access to Verona old town and the arena, Plenty of options for eating within a few minutes walk. Adequate continental breakfast available.

Small single room but very well located and comfortable. No frills but very quiet, clean and convenient.

Such a great location! Lovely staff, room was a perfectly good size for a city break, clean and with a nice bathroom. We had a lovely quiet room. The location worked particularly well for us as we used the bus from the next road to visit Sirmione on Lake Garda.

Checking in was quick and easy and there was even a gentleman around to help me with the luggage to the room. The room was small but cosy. The shower was on the smaller side but that appears to be usual in the italian hotels I have been in. The breakfast was continental but more than enough italian food stuffs to get you off to a good start. The breakfast room on the other hand had a cantina feel to it. Lovely staff all over the hotel with very good cleaning staff.

The breakfast was excellent. Most of the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

This was our second stay in Hotel San Luca and again it didn’t disappoint.We had absolutely amazing time.Rooms are clean and nicely decorated,beds very decent size and extremely comfortable.We stayed for 4 nights and rooms were cleaned every single day which I personally haven’t seen in other hotels.Buffet breakfast was amazing -delicious,excellent variety of pastries,fruits,yoghurts,cereal,cheese,salami,etc.And every day there was something new to try which makes it even more varied).Excellent communication on email regarding some requirements and parking arrangements.And of course staff was brilliant-so helpful,kind and friendly.They are all a truly asset to the hotel!Can’t recommend them all enough and can’t wait to be back in future!
