Very friendly staff. Beautiful room. Beautiful grounds

We had an issue with our ac unit leaking or pouring water in the middle of the night and had a very hard time sleeping . They fixed once we reported in the morning but then it happened again the next day and twice worst . Staff and everything else was great but it’s hard to love a property when you can’t sleep .

The hotel is centrally located with only a few dollar uber to most of the city sites. Jamie was very helpful in arranging tours and providing recommendations. Lots of good restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance as well. The hotel grounds are beautiful and well maintained.

This is a full-service business hotel. I've stayed here a couple of times before and thoroughly enjoyed. However, their current restaurant prices and quality have made it a "ghost town". Disappointed to say the least.

Quinta Real used to be a high quality boutique hotel. After the acquisition by Camino Real, the quality has diminished. They nicked and dime you for extra coffee pods. The staff is great, but the management of the hotel impacts the guests. The venue also needs some upgrades.
