We did not stay in Idaho Falls on Sat. 10/4. We stayed from Sun 10/5 - Mon 10/06. We like the Idaho Falls Comfort Inn. We stay there about 4 times a year. It is older and it need to be updated. This time I noticed that the bedsheets we so wonderfully soft especially compared to the place where we stayed the previous night. I have never felt that the bathroom in any room we have stayed in here has been as clean as I would like. The floor of the corners is always dirty, or there is mold in the edging along the wall of the bathtub. You must have bathrooms that are designed to be difficult to clean. Please change this when you make your updates to the place. We like this motel, it has a warm and friendly atmosphere. In spite of its drawbacks, we will continue to visit.

We usually stay at the Idaho Falls Comfort Inn on our way to Montana. It is quiet and convenient. But it is an older building with lots of chipped paint and broken edges. The bathroom was not very clean. Maybe we should think about staying somewhere else next time.

Staff was friendly. Tv in room did not work. We let the front desk know.

Good location for the airport.

Nice stay. Very clean and comfortable.

The room was the smallest of our whole trip. It was a filthy nasty place. The carpet was gross! Rarely could you find anyone at the front desk for any needs. It was in a ratty old area and was hard to get to even with a GPS.

The staff work really hard to keep things running. Good breakfast.

Friendly service but took 3 tries to get the keys to work. Breakfast was sort of meh, but again, at least they were friendly. The room was decent. In all, about what you'd expect from Comfort Inn.

Desk clerk greeted us with a smile. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast was okay.

The first room smelled like cat urine. The staff quickly switched my rooms.

Our room at this hotel was extremely small. There was no cabinet to set anything on. But it was convenient to jump off the freeway and pull in for the night.
