Good central location

The overall experience was just fine. They didn’t have parking available in the middle of the week, the thermostat didn’t work correctly and it was extremely cold inside during summer. Otherwise the hotel was fine.

Bedding was good. Old property but maintained. Complementary breakfast was awesome. Overall good stay!

Wonderful buffet breakfast.

Had a great stay. The Clarion is in a nice part of town with easy walking distance to dining and shopping. Rooms are quaint and comfortable. Staff was very friendly, and breakfast was very good.

Lovely hotel with great and firendly service. Well located. The entrance has some real old-world charm but the rooms are comforable and functional

Checked out after one day and moved to a neighbor hotel. The size of the family room was good. The room felt dirty, showering there the whole bathroom got wet. In general the hotel tries to be a "design hotel", but you so clearly feel how cheap all the design elements are.... Got a new hotel closer to the water and still enjoyed our stay in Kristiansand.

Parking was a little far away. I was not offered on site parking. We had an interior room. It would’ve been nice to have an exterior room. All that being said the room was lovely and the beds were very comfortable. It was nice to have a coffee maker in the room as well as a tea kettle. The buffet breakfast is outstanding probably the best we had in Norway.

Was an overnight stay with a family of 4 so hard to tell about the overall experience with such a short stay. One thing was that we needed to use the hotel parking lot. When we checked in we were told they were book. I was never told to book ahead of time and parking in another lot was a slight challenge as we were leaving for the airport at 4am.

Nice hotel

Friendly and accommodating staff, clean hotel, great sauna and steam room. Nice bar to end the day on with a drink or bite to eat

So dissapointed with the room.so small and the bathroom is so far from what i expected😞 It is too expensive for a simple hotel.

I had a really great stay! The staff were lovely, check in was very easy, and the room was really nice. Great location (less than a 5 minute walk to the train/bus stations). Would recommend!

Pent og rent rom. Nydelig seng. Flott ftokost. Wifi--signaler falt stadig ut.

Veldig lite rom. Slitt rom og bad. Gammelt interiør og bad. Hyggelig betjening og god service. Veldig god frokost og sentral beliggenhet.

Det er et glorete hotell. Frokostsalen er for liten, så det var rett og slett ukoselig.

Nice hotel but you can see the wear.
