It's fine. The comforters, robes, water bottles, "free" drink...all cute. But the rooms were old and outdated, the elevator didn't work, and there were no phones in the room to contact the front desk.

Room was great!, property was in an unsafe part of town, and there were no restaurants near by either

The hotel was very clean, which I absolutely loved. The room was cute and the pillows fun. However, there was NO HOT water for several of my showers. I was there for a wedding and needed to be able to shower at a reasonable temperature. The front desk person attempted to fix the issue, but it persisted and I ended up taking lukewarm to cold showers. Additionally, the person who checked me in did not tell me about the problem with the door handles on the room. Apparently you have to lift the handle up THEN down to access the room at times, which no one told me. I tried to get into the room for 5 minutes before having to go down to the front desk to report the issue, which was then when they mentioned it to me, which was super frustrating. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again due to to hot water issue.

Hotel is fabulous! Great location for UW medical appt. and was a great experience. Will stay there again for sure!

Close to downtown without its chaos. Great staff. Just a few blocks from Link (light rail) station, UW, Trader Joes, multiple bus lines. Close drive to Green Lake and other dining options. Rooms are comfortable with good organizing options. Bathroom is a tight squeeze, but the two sinks, one inside and the other outside of the bathroom, was very useful. This was our third stay here and we will again on our return. Hotel’s parking was always available. Only wish they had self-serve laundry.

We love staying at Pineapple hotels so much so a year ago we bought the same mattress now after this stay I told my husband I need the pillow for my birthday.

I love the convenience and location of this property. Easy to get on the freeway and on site parking is helpful.

Overall pretty nice. New light rail a few blocks away and provides easy access downtown and to the stadiums.

Had to uber here since it was far from everything but the area was great! Free drink too for all guests!

Excellent customer service and great location.

The hotel is very fun! Second time staying there and loved both stays! Only downside is no onsite fitness center but you can go up a block and use a sister hotel’s workout area. Love the staff and the bedding on the beds, as well as the provided bathrobes,

We were visiting the University of Washington. This was a great hotel not far from campus, but also close to everything you’d want to do in Seattle and the surrounding area.

staff was above and beyond. was a bit hard to find the parking. kind of a weird area. but overalls ot was amazing

Generally pretty cheap compared to most other options in Seattle. Right by the university and only a 20-30min bus ride to downtown. You get alot for your money here
