Loved the location on the water. Staff was very friendly.

Perfect place for our visit

Great stay for a family coming in for a game. Breakfast enough for adults and kids. Would have appreciated the breakfast staff being a little friendlier and the people above us a little quieter after 10pm, but over all a good experience.

Road construction is not the hotel's fault.

The front desk help were very nice. The location is great, but parking was $33/night, which seemed excessive. The hotel facility is relatively clean and maintained, but the elevator is noisy and there was some type of machine noise outside our room the first night. Not sure if it was nearby construction. The breakfast was great - lot of choices and good hours for it. Main bed was comfortable, but my son told me the sofa bed was horrible - could feel every spring in it.

Nice patio over the canal, great location, clean room, hot shower!!, friendly and helpful staff. Conveniently located one block from a Kroger. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here with my young family of 4 for a few nights. They provide maid service on alternating days, which is fine, but on our turn down day, the pull out mattress had some weird stain on the new sheet. Unfortunately we did not notice this until the next morning. The following night, we did not use the pullout, as neither of my kids had found it comfortable during our stay. The rest of the room could definitely use some updates. Especially in the shower/toilet areas. The food at breakfast had a fair amount of variety but no flavor. The view on the canal was beautiful and we enjoyed eating outside.

Comfortable room. Great for families. Good location. Con: Hotel smelled muggy and room a little humid. 33/night for parking.

Staff very friendly. Room was adequate. Complimentary breakfast was okay although fruit juice was limited to orange juice (other dispenser port was broken) . Building is worn and needs some work. Elevator at lobby was questionable in its operation. Very slow, floor alignment to engage door was extremely concerning and an cab overhead light was constantly flickering. Two building lampshades were missing at Canal egress. Throughout our 4 night stay, there was a drink stain on front entrance portico which no one addressed. Not Marriott's standards (I hope)!

This is by far the filthiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The hotel was infested with ants! We were moved to two separate rooms ( at 10 pm) and both were infested with ants! Also the furniture, wall and all fixtures were covered in dirt.

Terrible area, Had couple things stolen while staying here. Hotel needs major update. Drywall replacement, Paint and Remodel rooms. Pool needs replaced, Add a hot tub would be nice.

Loved the set up of the room and the location. Unfortunately a leak occurred in our room but it was a minor inconvenience The desk people were nice and had the leak attended to quickly

Slowest elevator in the entire world

i stayed here while my eife wad in the hospital. everything was great. being on the canal wss a bonus. i was able to take a break to meditate and relax.

We were in town to visit Purdue-Indianapolis so the location is great as we were able to easily walk over from the hotel as well as walk to downtown Indy. They did not have the room available that we had booked (the two bedroom suite) but did but us in two separate rooms. This would have been fine but one of the rooms had a definite odor that seemed to intensive every time we came back to the room. Otherwise, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly and helpful. I would probably stay here again if I were in the area.

Toilet wasnt flushing, no maintenance in the building. Asked for a plunger to take care of the toilet myself. Beds were uncomfortable, especially the pullout. Couch itself was crooked and uncomfortable as well. Only good thing at breakfast was waffles. Eggs, sausage and biscuits were cold both days. Pool was nice.
