I love the Hyatt. The room was very clean which was important to me. The bathroom was small but clean with fair water pressure. Air conditioning worked and so did all of the lights. I love that there is a desk area to do work and a sink with a refrigerator under. My only set back was the change from Free to fee breakfast. I enjoy this place because of that amenity especially because it does not have a pool. They also stopped selling soda and cookies in the lobby area which was an awesome feature. Outside of those changes, the hotel is awesome. Plenty of food options in the area and movie theater in close proximity.

My stay was pleasant. Clean and spacious room. TV did not work. Fridge was turned off when I arrived (which I did not realise until 2nd day) and then was incredibly loud when turned on.

Thought this would have been A great experience , I thought wrong once we checked in , I was told once we checked in that someone else had checked in under my name in info prior to my arrival . When my wife and I arrive they asked did we check in online I stated no , once they investigated someone had checked in under all my information. We waited in the lobby for 50 mins waiting on the next Steps once the staff resolved the issue they offer nothing for the inconvenience or no Further information on how this all happen just as I quote the young lady at the front desk “ the good thing is we are able to resolve this for you “ as if my wife and I created the problem . Once we asked to speak to a manager they inform they informed that he would receive A call from us and he never once answered his phone number that the staff gave us ! This had been A extremely unpleased experience that no one form the Hyatt place stuff has taking action on ! We traveled in town for A class Reunion that we were extremely late for due this mishap with no action taking from Hyatt place sad

I did not like the fact that when I went on the web site it advertised a indoor pool, when I arrived no pool was located on property.

We had specifically booked a double-bed room, but upon arrival, we were informed that this preference could not be guaranteed due to our third-party booking. This was disappointing, as the room setup was an important consideration in choosing your property. Additionally, there were several other issues that impacted our experience: - Construction noise from the 5th floor, even though we were placed on the 4th floor. - A dirty restroom in the lobby, which was surprising and unpleasant. - A non-functioning refrigerator in our room, which affected our comfort and convenience.

Staff was not friendly. They didn’t honor breakfast which was included in the package.

Very clean, spacious room with small table and two chairs in addition to a desk, desk chair, sectional sofa with pull-out. Quiet. Better than average breakfast.

Great place at reasonable rate, location is as good as it gets.

Nice, modern rooms. Good location. Tiny lobby and restaurant area. Word of warning: they will no clean your room, make bed, etc unless you tell them to and there are zero signs warning you of this. Came back after a long day to a messy bed, no fresh towels, etc. Felt like a VRBO. Recommend aside from that

Hair dryer was incredibly old and didn’t work properly, tv didn’t work second day and garbage was not emptied before I checked in. Yet in spite of all of these I would return (I’d just bring my own hair dryer!)
