Breakfast was awesome. The rooms were super clean.

The room was nice and clean. The TV defaults to on demand movies and there was no information on how to get to regular TV and no guide to let you know what the stations were. The room was large and roomy. I was comfortable there.

The room was really nice, and my daughter and I felt comfortable.

This first room assigned to us, was already occupied by someone else, second room assigned, there was no cold water in the shower, only very hot water. The 3rd room, the door did not locked all the way, hair dryer did not work, no garbage can inside bathroom. Refrigerator did not work. Breakfast was very good and reception are very clean, staff very attentive in dining are. I definitely will not stay at this hotel again.

The only thing that is NOT remarkable is the breakfast... same pineapple fruit all 4 mornings- one morning it's was still frozen. Also, scrambled eggs each morning, only the meats changed. Only saws bagels one morning, and had to ask the staffmore than once to refill the eggs.

Everything about this hotel is great

The hotel charge me 2 time and as of now! I haven't received any refund back! even though I have talk to many people in the hotel! Very Unorganized as far as business wise

The breakfast staff could be more attentive to those items they were running out of!

Everything about this hotel was fantastic. The only thing i wish they had more of would be available pool towels. I was there for a week and only saw them laid out 1 day. Every other day we would have to ask the frontdesk for them.

The pool outside was not kept clean , there was no phone in the room , the light blew out and shower was cold

This place is always good. We stay frequently when doing business in DFW. Breakfast is nice to have, staff is always super helpful and friendly. Shower is powerful and hot. Quiet, safe parking lot. Close to anything you want/need - fast food, dine in, shopping, events, Dallas or FW. I can't think of anything negative to share.
