I liked the hotel and staff. I didn’t like the fact that they didn’t take my Bonvoy Rewards because the reservation was done through Orbitz. I reported Orbitz about this issue and they said they were contacting the hotel manager. Nothing happened. In the other hand I checked at the Airport Marriott Courtyard in Bogotá and the added my Bonvoy points.

Great place to stay.

The hotel was very clean, the personnel very friendly and the room was impecable. It includes breakfast and it was varied. They offer restaurant food service 24 hours. It is located close to two nice malls and you have a variety of options to eat as well.

Excellent location, close to shopping and restaurants.

This was my 2nd time staying here and my experience was great just like the 1st time. I love the easy access to the mall. The check in was quick and easy. Breakfast is included and was very good. It's also centrally located and in a nice area. I will definitely be returning again.

Una estadía muy buena en este hotel Four Points by Sheraton en Medellín. Nos encantó que el hotel tiene acceso directo al Centro Comercial Oviedo, así que para comprar agua, snacks, medicinas o comer en restaurantes o en el food court está excelente. La cama muy cómoda, la habitación grande y espaciosa. Las chicas de limpieza muy profesionales. Volveríamos a ir a este hotel sin duda. Solo hubo un tema, el tiempo estaba bastante fresco y se supone que la piscina estaba climatizada. Mi esposo la utilizó y estaba super fría. Así que ese sería el único punto que no fue excelente.

Well located. Convenient. The facilities have seen better days. The hotel has no decoration or character. The rooms are drab, clean and large, but you get the feeling of a hospital room. The dining room is great for breakfast, but unwelcoming for dinner and drinks. At 7:30 pm most of the dining room chairs were on top of the tables for cleaning the floors. The message: “go away, we are busy cleaning”. Remarkably it was open, but unless you can’t walk to the shipping center next to it, you’d never want to eat there. They don’t put Kleenex in the rooms… There is direct access to the shopping center, but the security lock is broken, so anyone can walk into the hotel through the second floor away from any security and go to any room as the elevator has no security.

el hotel excelente. en buen lugar para caminar y llegar a los 2 Centros Comerciales que tiene alrededor. el área muy bonita. El desayuno podría mejorarse. no se mantenía fresco, si uno llegaba después de las 7:30 am. por lo demás muy bien. muy amables los de la recepción en fin todo el personal muy amable.
