Great value for the price. I was upset that come 4pm, check in time, our room was not ready

Very nice service

The room was great, the staff are very friendly and quick to help. The jacuzzi in our room didn’t work when we first got there and the maintenance had it fixed before we came back with our dinner! There were no extra towels in our room however I’m sure we could’ve asked for some, the pool was a bit cold but definitely usable. The only thing that took a long time was for our room to be cleaned and towels replaced (took most of the day to come). The bed we had was amazing, sooo comfy, I had the best sleep!! In all I would for sure recommend this hotel and would stay there again!

Bed covers had old dry blood spot both side, bed frame, and by foot frame as well the the blankets, and cover sheet. Initially the bathroom was found dirty.

The front desk girl is asking you questions like you are at a border crossing.just to mention that that asian girl, no friendly approach and abrupt not listening to what the client say,She should acknowledge that we are not the refugees coming to stay for free and provide us hospitality as we pay frm our own pocket not sucking it from tax payers.

The check in process took over an hour; it seems neither the staff or system was working effectively.

Very run down hotel that could use massive renovations. Staff were lovely though and our stay was fine for a night. I wouldn’t choose to stay at this hotel for an extended period of time.

Everything was pretty close to Niagara Falls, I just didn’t like they had a lot of undisclosed fees at the time of check-in. In the ad says the breakfast is included but it is not, they give you a $15 dollars off type of gift card for the ihop in the hotel.

Great staff. We lost our diamond ring and somebody in the parking lot found it and gave it to the staff and they kept it for us.

This Hotel is in dire need of an upgrade . The lights in the bathroom are useless you cant see anything , I could not shave because of it . I don't reccomend anyone staying here, they don't even have a coffee machine in the lobby for anyone to even purchase one. Last time that I stay at this Hotel.

It was a good experience.

Overall, the room was clean. The shower takes awhile before the hot water comes up. Its an old hotel, so most of the accessories inside are dated or damaged. No mini fridge in the room, so you need to grab a bucket and get ice near the elevator. Also when you need to heat up food, you have to go down to the lobby, and use the only microwave in the building.

I wore flip flops and would not walk bare in the filthy carpet. Window was like ya was right outside. Old furniture and lampshade by bed had seen better days. Put a towel down in the tub to shower.

Great location, lots of parking. Excellent customer service.

We paid extra for parking

Tourist trap for breakfast at their restaurant IHOP . Two eggs , 2 slices of bacon , hash browns , toast and coffee , $29 before taxes and tip . With their $7.50 coupon , still much more than their locations away from Niagara Falls .
