Very nice hotel.

Main led lights, hair dryer not working. Cark park and ev charging arrangments are stupid and wasting time. Everytime you have to find a staff to go to the car park or charge, and when someone is checking in you have to wait a long time!

If you’re looking for a place to rest and not afraid to walk from one to two bridges and back, this is your place! It was a nice place that was clean, spacious and accommodating for whatever you needed. You can take a bike or scooter through city apps to get around faster or the metro after 15 minute walk. It’s located a 5 minute walk to a beautiful park right next door to have a picnic or promenade. Very relaxing stay! Thank you!

Convenient to dining

Have never experienced such bad service at a Marriott. It was the front desk staff that was lacking. Had good food and experience in the restaurant. The location is lovely, this could be a wonderful property. It was not just me, I knew of several others that had issues as well.

Customer service horrible. Reception filters all internal calls. They never answers the phone in the total 7 days I was there. With Expedia then on guided tour. Room safe malfunctioned twice. Switched out safe. I almost missed my tour as I couldn’t get my passport out. Response time horrible. I requested 2 towels for me an my travel partner. Never provided more than 1. I had to run to fitness center to pick up daily. Others received 2 water bottles in room per day per person included. Not mine. I bought water in the store next door daily. I requested extra blanket as the room was cold with the system turned to the max heat. I never received and requested every day. Sis not replace coffee pods for the room. Did not clean room unless I requested at after 6 pm. They would But didn’t take our garbage. It is not the representation of the Marriott brand. They seemed short staffed and employees with no tenure. They didn’t care. I asked to talk to a manager. And that was never connected. I wrote a review to the property directly and did receive a response. That they would talk to housekeeping. It was a silly response that means bothering. They should have credited something back to me.

The access entrance is difficult and people parking blocking the front door for extended time . The service is terrible they take notes for your requests and don’t deliver . Your digital keys to your room keep getting deactivated daily for no valid reason then you need to wait for someone at the reception available to help you .

The hotel is very nice and the restaurant is excellent: both breakfast and dinner options were very good.

Excellent experience.

Very average room for the price. Would expect more from Marriott. No iron in room and the one they brought me had a short. Large sparks and the whole room went black. Took long time to fix the problem and bring me another iron. I’ll stay elsewhere next visit.

Checked into wrong room, no refills in the bath gels, food trays left on corridor for days, no info on executive room benefits.

Great location for conference. Not near old town, but buses are very close and accessible.

Hello - we loved this property and will come back. The staff that checked us in - training - were lovely and very helpful. The room was clean and modern. Every staff member was always nice and helpful. The convenience of the restaurant, cafe, etc. was important - also, what a beautiful park to walk through. Very enjoyable and myself and my daughters felt at home. again, thank you!!!
