Good place for the price

Clean and quiet

Pretty garden areas, safe and quiet even when is close to main avenue. Beautiful dining area, but food is not good. Amazing Staff and easy parking.

At around 10pm I went to the receptionist and asked for a bottle of water, I was told that the restaurant was closed and they didn't have any, i needed to take my medicine and had to pay a taxi to go get water, also wifi was not working and people were not friendly

Adequate, but a very poor value. Neglected rooms, pool. No food service—bread offered instead of buffet we paid for. Unfriendly staff. Rooms are adequate for a one night stay. Hotel is close to grocery store.

This has been the best hotel in Palenque for many years and it continues to be in my opinion.

This is one of the best hotels we visited this summerbtime

The hotel is really good is like getting to an island, when you get out of the property everything is normal in a small town, and when you return to the hotel you don't feel the Town

The food is very good. One suggestion is that breakfast should have more options. Moyetes every morning was no good.

Hotel is very clean staff are very professional and restaurant food was delicious
