Everything is great. Internet seems to be not so stable.

The hotel was standard ok for the price. Unfortunately I wasn’t allowed to order my food in the restaurant and take it to my room - the table had to be booked outside on the Terrasse which I didn’t want it.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was good. I would have needed a softer bed.

Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is very good. very clean. Location is excellent. Close to downtown and all types of public transport. Free WiFi . On the downside after the cleaning service soap, towels were nit deliverd, had to call to get the missing items.

All okay except the fact that their coffee pods were already expired a month back. I asked them to replace that on the very first day but they simply did not do it. I stayed for a week. On the second day they said they'll do it. On the third day when I asked them again, they said 'it's free and we're not forcing you to drink coffee'. What kind of logic is that!! Room, bed, bathroom is good. Breakfast is also good.

Nice Hotel - in Chemnitz city centre (10min). Easy access.for public Transportations and/or Car. The room combatable, however, the bathroom is too tight. There was no Coffee/Tea making facilities, however, nice BF , Free GOOD WiFi - and welcoming Reception Team.

The hotel was excellent, the best hotel that we stayed at in Germany and Switzerland. Chemnitz had a nice downtown area that is within walking distance from the hotel.

Large room, friendly staff. A bit noisy neighborhood.

The shower head was a bit broken, but nothing too searious. The breakfast had almost nothing for vegans.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. I was up on the 11th floor and had a great view. It is not too far to walk to the centre.

This was my third stay at this hotel because we like the size of the bedroom and the quality of the amenities. Also the choice for breakfast is very good and we were the last couple slowly finishing after service time had passed and we were not rushed by the staff. The roadworks made access to the hotel a little difficult but easy parking inside the hotel grounds is one of the reasons we chose this hotel. We will almost certainly stay there again on our trip from Spain to Poland next summer.

Is this a five-star hotel? No. But I had a five-star experience, which is what I'm looking for. Everything was as advertised, the room was large and clean, the bathroom was not-as-large but also clean, the breakfast buffet was surprisingly tasty, parking was easy to get, and everyone of the staff I dealt with was friendly and helpful. It was a leisurely 15-minute walk to the center of town for lunch and sightseeing. I travel for a living, and when I return to Chemnitz, I'll stay here.

I found this hotel just perfect for what I was looking for and I'd day it's excellent value for your money. The room was very clean, so was the sauna, which can be used free of charge. Breakfast was fine, well within the expectation for this price category. Hotel staff is friendly and speak good English. WiFi is available, but is not free.

Overall experiance can be rated as 7 out of 1, i stayed there 8 days and here is my pros: The staff were very nice and helpful, breakfast was good abd had varaities, dinner was superb, the location of the hotel is perfect only 2 trsm stations from thw city center and another 2 tram stations from the unversity campus and dorms. And here is the drawbacks: the sheets and pillow cases was never changed, in fact the pillow cases from day one wasn't fresh and new it smelled like someone slepped in it before also there was stains on them. The minibar wasnt working well, the light bulb of the main lamp disfunctioned and the staff did not change it the next day.

Overall hotel really was not bad and would suggest it to anyone for a night. But when you realize it holds a 4star ranking you will become highly disappointed.

Room was very dusty this Time and Room Maid skipped cleaning Room sometimes....

the staff are nice the room was good I could have done with black out curtains at the widows as I have to sleep in the dark

Overall we were were very happy with our choice of hotel. Good range of food for breakfast. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful. However breakfast staff seemed to be stretched when there was a crowd.

This hotel offered good value. It was quite nice and the cost was reasonable. The young lady at reception was very helpful. The main negative was the hotel's location that was some distance from the main rail station. We had to take a local train from the main station to the station nearest the hotel. The train ride was only about 3 minutes, but I believe it runs only once an hour. If you are driving this isn't an issue at all.
