An excellent hotel! They called us in advance to offer a complimentary pickup from the train station and they arranged a drop off too! The staff are super friendly and helpful. We booked two rooms for a one night stay to be on the Glacier Express in the morning. The breakfast is remarkable! Will definitely come back to stay there again!

Absolutely perfect in every sense! The staff at the hotel go above and beyond to make you stay an exceptional experience! Breakfast was amazing! I will tip my hat to the staff for finding an alternative means to getting us to the train station with three large suitcases and carrying on bags,as the main road where the electric shuttles ran were closed due to the scheduled marathon event.

A wonderful hotel with a wonderful staff. I have been fortunate enough to stay at some of the best known and fanciest hotels in Europe and the service at the Monte Rosa was on the level of hotel costing 10x as much per night.

Beautiful, staff great

The moutain view is actually a view over other buildings and rubbish bins so a waste of money. The spa they advertise is actually at their sister hotel to which you have to walk to - not ideal. The breakfast is very basic. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and most of the staff (with some exeptions unfortunately) is nice. Ski lifts are actually about 10 min walk away. Overall not impressed and would not stay here again.

Loved the boutique hotel located on the square. Super convenient and accessible.

Great service, extremely friendly staff. Rooms a bit dark and drab, and could use a renovation. Heating can’t be controlled individually from each room and the hotel tends to be very warm . We tried opening windows at night but the area around hotel is quite noisy so this doesn’t work. Also the hotels ski locker room is way too small, crowded and uncomfortable. This needs work. Breakfast is included and was plentiful and great quality ingredients. Staff go out of their way to make you happy and meet your every need.

We love this hotel so so much! The staff are super nice and helpful. We had issues with our snowboard gears that we had to ship from the US and they were so responsive to all my emails and were very helpful. We are so grateful to them especially Iliana and Sarah. They truly provide the best service. Very friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is old but I wouldn’t say outdated at all. It has character. We wouldn't have it any other way. We had the view of the Matterhorn from our balcony which was awesome! The location is within walking distance to everything. The breakfast, especially the salmon benedicts that we ate for 4 days straight, were so good. We loved the friendly staff and service during breakfast as well. We loved the access to the pool and spa of the sister hotel as well. So highly recommend this hotel and will go back.
