Dirty. Furniture is worn out and greasy. Over used and not cleaned. Carpet had red spills and a possible throw up spot. Nothing seemed as though anyone even attempted cleaning the spots. Dirt in the corners and no one bothered cleaning behind under or in the corners. This was after we insisted on a different room. We changed to this room

Very nice hotel. Even though they are remodeling very quiet.

Where do I start. Room smelled, standing water in the tub, sheets didn't fit the bed, constantly out of luggage trailers. I don't expect much from a continental breakfast but wow, was that sad. If you have to go for the cheapest place to rest your head, this is fine. If you expect this to be better than half abandoned motel, you will be disappointed.

Hardly anyone here on a weekend made it a little "spooky".

Had bed bugs the 2 out of the 3 room . They moved them to another room which also had bed bugs

The outside sitting area by the pool had broken down tables and broken glass and was not visually appealing. The staff at the dining area were amazing, especially the lady the company just brought in from out of state. The front desk staff were all great too. Housekeepers did an ok job but room was not cleaned each day in some cases.

I've lived in Cedar Rapids most of my life, I needed a place to stay for one night before I moved out of state. I had heard they were renovating the property so I expected the property to be sub-par. I saw zero evidence of them working on the hotel. The whole building was musty. No lights on one side of the parking lot, rust in the bathtub, no microwave or fridge. They should close until it's renovated or at least charge half of what they are charging now. That proposed used to be gorgeous!

The Radison was a good stay, clean room and good breakfast. It is undergoing improvements, so should be a 5 star in the future.

Staff made everything wonderful. Even though construction and upgrading of the rooms was ongoing it was not noisey. Once it is completed, if staff stays the same it will be all fives!!!

The breakfast could be improved. It lacked yoghurts and pastries.

Unhelpful front desk manager when thier credit card machine was not working properly causing difficulties checking in late in the evening. Extremely loud refrigerator when got to the room only to call maintenance to have him come to the room and tell us that is how it is supposed to sound. Paper thin walls that you could hear everything going on in the room next door. Looks like they are in the pricess of updating which is much needed as the room was showing significant wear and not very clean.

Clean and quiet, nice pool and hot tub, Walking distance to mall and airport shuttle was handy

Even though they are renovating, it was very quiet. Everyone was super friendly.

Older hotel with limited breakfast and very old/dirty fitness center (but lots of equipment).

The front desk staff is very friendly. Room was a normal hotel room, nothing fancy but very comfortable. Looks like they are upgrading everything very soon. Breakfast was good. Again the normal free breakfast. The breakfast staff was also very nice and helpful. Overall a great value.

The room we stayed in should have been taken out of service. The bathroom ceiling was water damaged still showing signs of a leak. I asked to be moved rooms and despite housekeeping indicating there were available rooms, we were not moved. No further explanation or accommodations were provided.

Terrible unhelpful staff. Overbooked and we didn't receive the proper room we booked. Dirty outdated junk

Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Hotel was under going renovations so there was no room service. Hotel was dated but very nice.
