The check in was strange, I was asked what time I would be leaving on a one night stay, while check out is at 12. Very bad impression......

Great stay. Only problem was the keys. Losing the program on them. I kept it away from my phone but still had problems.

I chose this hotel because of the close proximity to Philadelphia airport. But next time, I will choose a different hotel.

The airport shuttle was terrific and timely, staff was helpful, they let us check in early. The location is great, we slept in so we didn't get to enjoy the complimentary breakfast, bummer.

Overall, the stay was fine. My friends and I (three total) were only there for one night. The desk staff was friendly and efficient upon checkin (Mikayla), and the representative who I spoke to in the morning was also friendly (didn't catch his name). The hotel would be nicer with a little TLC/a few upgrades. Some things were a bit outdated but it wasn't bad. The shower floor was pretty dingy and looked like it needed a good scrub to be clean. The bathroom faucet in our room sprayed like crazy when we turned it on. You had to lightly pull it up just a little bit to use it. The temperature of the room didn't seem consistent either. The beds were comfortable, though, and it wasn't a bad place to stay. I didn't check out any other amenities/rooms of the hotel so I can't speak about them.

Had a bad experience in this hotel. Check in was smooth but the key card didn’t work so I have to go down to reprogram the card multiple times. So inconvenient. On my last day, I came back to the hotel late & tired. Unfortunately the curtain/blinds fell. Good thing it didn’t hit me. So I called the front desk & the maintenance guy showed up trying to figure out what to do with it. Had to ask another room because I have an early morning activity again the next day. That was another inconvenience on my part, moving from one room to another. The evening receptionist needs intensive training on customer service. Always frowning, no greetings, seemed like she’s not happy with her job. Lastly, rooms don’t have microwave

Four of us stayed here for two nights in a 2 queen room, and there were some great moments, and some not so good. At check in, the person at the desk got rude when I kept asking her to repeat herself. She was talking too fast for me understand everything. Then when my keys didn't work later that day, she gave me attitude about it. When we got to our room on level 2, we found it was clean and spacious. The only complaint would be that it had a soaking wet carpet by the AC unit, which just so happens to be right before you get to the beds. We ended up switching rooms later that night(I will get to that in a min), and that one was much nicer on level 4. The first night we were there, we had some very loud neighbors. It sounded like little kids with no adults, and they were running around and hitting the walls and the connecting door while screaming. This lasted from the time we got back to our room after dinner, around 8, and didn't stop; we moved rooms after midnight. I ended up calling the desk twice, and another person went down and complained. The people on night shift were amazing and did everything they could to take care of the issue, and even offered a new room for us, which we took. They were incredibly kind and apologetic about the whole thing, even though it wasn't their fault. I'm not sure what happened after that, I just know our new room was so quiet I could finally sleep. The rest of the stay was fantastic!

My car was STOLEN from their parking lot. My car was stolen on Friday, and NO ONE did anything. All we could do was file a report because, according to the staff, this is something that “usually happens” there. Cars have been broken into before, with windows smashed to steal belongings. Just two weeks ago, a similar incident happened and do you think they did anything about it? NO. That is called NEGLIGENCE. And of course, no one could help or give us any answers because there’s NO MANAGER available on weekends. Imagine that a car gets stolen from their own parking lot, and the manager doesn’t even bother to show up. On top of that, as we were leaving, we saw other guests filing a report because they had things stolen from their ROOM. Another huge concern: my room door could be opened WITHOUT the key card. Do yourself a favor and look for another hotel to avoid this nightmare. All the bad reviews about the place being dirty, noisy, and unsafe are TRUE and the worst part is, they knows all of this and still does nothing to fix it. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

This property is in a cluster of Sheraton branded hotels adjacent to PHL airport. Combined with shuttle service every 20 min or so, makes for convenience if staying near PHL is important. Location is best feature of this hotel. Unfortunately, it appears to have been there awhile and some aspects of property condition show it. For example, the first room I was assigned had a door that would not open even though door lock did recognize the card key. The doors appear to be freshly painted which may have something to do with it. The second room I was given had a broken air conditioner for which the fan worked, but no cooling at all. This was reported to the front desk, but the problem was not rectified during my 2 night stay. The property was clean and otherwise in reasonable condition, but no a/c during 90 degree August weather is not acceptable.

The cleaners left the dirty linens in the room, the blind was broken and you shouldn’t have to pay $25 for parking when you spend $250 a night to stay at the hotel.

Shower kept leaking. Bathroom door didn’t lock. Bedding had stains. AC made loud noises through the night. Ice machine was broken on our floor. Receptionist was on a personal call while checking us in and made her phone call her priority.
