First time staying at this hotel and I had very excellent experience. The buffet was very good and they tried their best to make me feel welcomed. Everyone in the hotel was super helpful including reception, door happy helper, buffet happy helpers, and room cleaners. The location it is very safe neighbourhood near everything. The price also excellent. I recommend this hotel.

Everything was excellent!!! The people and service was phenomenal and they were always there to assist in any way. Restaurant was great, I arrived when food was almost gone but they were able to get some eggs done for me. The refrigerator in the room is just annoying, it keeps making a lot of noise throughout the night but that will not change the score I am giving

This hotel is 6 stars for service, 5 stars for rooms, and 4 stars for location. Everyone in the hotel was super helpful including reception, door happy helper, buffet happy helpers, and room cleaners. They tried their best to make me feel welcomed and happy. They had hot soup every day. There is free water (with zest of fruits) near the reception. The room is luxurious and very clean … TV, Safe, Fridge, mini bar, and coffee machine are all available. What I loved most about the room is the super comfy bed and many pillows (five). Two of the pillows were hard and two are soft. There is a table with chairs near the window which was in front of the park. Hot water comes quickly. Several towels. The two things to consider are: Wifi is ok but not strong, and room is very cold. Please bring one set of winter cloths. for location, it is very safe neighbourhood near a small park. There are 2 pizza shops 100 meter away from hotel. There is express Exito & burger near the park. Though, that is it … if you want more food or money exchange or shopping, you need to cross the many streets surrounding this neighbourhood … I walked in all directions. The shortest walk is heading north towards Calle 100 for several restaurants and Carulla (grocery). The best advice is use one of the two pedestrian bridges heading east towards Carrera 15 street which has everything: restaurants, western union (currency exchange), D1, shopping, cafe (try Azahar Cafe or Cafe Amor Perfecto), and famous Parque 93.

It’s my second time staying in this hotel and my experience has always been great. The staff are amazing and treat everyone one on one very personable and professional. Food is amazing:)

My recent stay was below expectations. The room wasn’t as clean as I had hoped, things were moved around, the staff could have been more attentive, and the breakfast didn’t meet my standards. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to others

Complemento la anterior reseña que por error en conexión sufrió error. La gerente actual, Señiora Edna Angarita es una bully quien hizo los últimos dias de mi estadia (reserva de 52 noches) la peor experiencia. Su proceder y por las órdenes que dio a recepción se vulneraron mis derechos a la intimidad, a la libre circulación y a la salud. No me permitió acceso a mis documentos de identificación, a mis medicamentos ni a elementos de trabajo y esto último me causó tener que hacer reembolso a dos clientes a quienes no pude atender oportunamente. Por otro lado, el hotel promociona en esta página y en su website imagenes de habitaciones, baños y productos como shampoo, jabón que no corresponden a la realidad. Una pequeña porción de las habitaciones lucen como en las fotografias - las que no, que son la mayoria no tienen esos upgrades. Los productos del baño no tienen marca, son de mala calidad, las habitaciones no tienen las mejoras que se enseñan en las fotos. Por otra parte, no hay beneficios para miembros Gold de Hotels.com o por lo menos no me fueron ofrecidos. Obtuve descuento de lo correspondiente a dos botellas de agua del mini bar porque lo solicité recalcando status en Hotels.com y que mi reserva habia sido por este medio.

La gerente actual, Señora Edna Angarita es una bully que hizo de la estadia la peor experiecia llegando al punto de A la intimidad, la libre circulación y a la salud (por el tema de tus medicamentos)

Ha sido una pésima experiencia esta estadia después de haber sido cliente del hotel desde el año 2021. La gerente, Edna Angarita basa sus decisiones en que es abogada, miente a las autoridades que solicité se acercaran al hotel a resolver un problema. En esta oportunidad, una estadia de 53 dias con fecha de check out 28 de marzo, el hotel bloqueó mi acceso a la habitación dejándome sin medicamentos, pasaporte, elementos de trabajo y articulos personales. El saldo de $1"880.000 podia ser pagado en el momento de check out, es lo esperado ante una cuenta total de más de $14'000.000 incluyendo alojamiento pagado al hotel, reservas pagas via Hotels.com y consumos. El hotel no permite que si se paga con tarjeta débito internacional se seleccione la moneda. Como consecuencia, el pago en pesos es a una tasa desfavorable, con un sobre costo de más del 25%.

Not recommended. Hotel lacks of many items under description. There is no business center, poor gym (with old smelly rug). Above all no management.
