Didnt state at time of booking that there would be an additional deposit, which seems scammish in my opinion.

I went here because my electricity went out and I had reserved the stay for my mom and brother. We didn't use the room for more than thirty minutes because the electricity at my house came back on. I am not happy that it takes so long to refund me the deposit money, when I do need that money as soon as possible. There was a leftover dog's toy left in the room, the bathroom hinge on the top was kind of broken (in which I reported as soon as I got the room, the TV remote control was hard to use, and the burner that was in the kitchenette didn't work. But we did get the room without any issues and the receptionist was thorough and business-like.

We had to pay a $100 deposit for a room we only used for 12 hours that we won't get back for 2-10 business days. So all together we paid $180 for the room they didn't mention the deposit the 4 times we called before we checked in, they waited until we showed up, so it was too late to find another place

Large spacious room with a nice comfortable bed. Clean bathroom. Great shower. Would stay here again. Our original booking of a suite with 2 queen beds was sold out so they upgraded us to 2 individual rooms which was a sweet bonus.

Room had awful odor upon arrrival. Not equipped. Door would not close. Hinge broken .overall much below expectations. Would not recommend to anyone. Worst experience on h.com.dump this place.

Had an amazing stay from the moment we checked in Krystall was amazing. The hotel was in a great location as far as close to points if interest in and around Ft. Worth/ Dallas area. Room was quiet,beds were comfortable ,it is a little outdated, kitchen and bathroom could use a little more attention by the cleaning crew. We stayed 3 nights and would stay there again when we come back to the area.

Very nice and well kept

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very mediocre. There are stains in the bathtub and no trashcan in the room. A little bit of a rundown hotel that’s mainly for blue color workers to stay at as they are on the job. The coffee pot was disgustingly gross. But for the price, I guess it was OK. Would not be staying here again.
