Great reuse of a historic space. Definitely stay in the converted rail cars!

Went for a concert that was within walking distance. Felt very safe and there was a lot of places to eat along the way.

My room was an interior first floor room very close to reception. Did I find it a little uncomfy to have a window right next to the sitting area? Yes. I did not open the window until I left. You really couldn’t because the lights are always open very bright all night in the lobby. Customer service seemed a bit cold. You kind of feel like you are interrupting them. I am fairly sure I added breakfast to my reservation, but they told me I did not. Room service was unavailable, so I just ordered out and had it delivered. This was also an issue because the delivery people couldn’t bring it to my room, but the hotel staff also doesn’t bring it to your room. I was lucky because my room was so close so I could run over, but I was on a tight schedule, so I was hoping to stay in my room until to finish up work. The property on the other hand, is so special. The first Union Station in America, stay just for that.

The bed and pillows were exceptional compared to other hotels. Sleeping in the trim cars is a unique experience. This time our room was on the active side, prefer to be on the green side but it was a night we will talk about for years to come.

I have been waiting for well over an hour to get into my room because my card won’t work. This is ridiculous. The on staff worker has to call an engineer because they can’t figure out how to get the card to work after repeated attempts. How can you run a hotel if you can’t even get guests into the room? I will be disputing this charge with my bank because this is unacceptable. You can reach me at 330-473-8449 to talk to me about this experience or I’ll be calling you directly. Unbelievable that I am typing this from sitting on the floor of your hotel.

The hotel is amazing! The restaurant needs more staff. Service was extremely slow considering that it wasn’t that busy the two times we were there.

It’s a great location if you’re going to Lucas Stadium or anywhere downtown. There are many good restaurants and pubs within walking distance. There is construction going on now so we parked at Plaza Park and walked from there. The staff is friendly and helpful, our room was clean and comfortable and we’ll stay again when we’re in Indianapolis.

The hotel was fantast! The atmosphere was bright and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was great! My only complaint was the smell of marijuana in my car when the valet returned our vehicle to us.

The train that goes through around 11/11:30 PM was insane. I was asleep and thought there was an earthquake. Such a bizarre part of the hotel. Otherwise, the location was very convenient to things in downtown Indy.

We stayed in one of the train car rooms which was actually the draw for this hotel. The ambiance was spot on and the entire hotel made for a really unique stay. Great food in the restaurant and good service

The room was very nice. The issue we had was the air conditioning in the halls, restaurant and the bar were not working to keep the open area of the hotel comfortable. Even the employees were griping about how warm it was and there were box fans being used to move the warm air.

Decent and unique hotel. Only problem is significant construction adjacent to the hotel. It didn't disturb us as far as noise, it was just tough to access the entry and Google Maps provided the wrong directions.
