Had a decent stay here. Bed was clean and comfy and hotel was quiet so had a good night sleep. Room could have been cleaner. Dusty in places and loads of cobwebs on the windows. Breakfast was ok.

So me and my daughter came to exeter for a treat and had a pamper night .. it was all going well until a couple come back opposite gone midnight having a full on fight shouting swearing throwing stuff. The night manager was called , as my child was woken up terrified! It all quietened down until 1.10 am when they kicked off again the night manager was not impressed and said to the couple if there’s another disturbance of any kind then you will be ejected from the hotel . I cannot fault the staff as they were amazing and so apologetic, the extent of the couples behaviour meant the hotel gave us a full refund . Honestly I’ve not even had customer service like that in a Hilton !

Very friendly and helpful staff, very clean room. Breakfast was replenished quickly. Very comfortable bed and the sheets were gorgeous. Parking is £6 per day.

I particularly liked the staff who were helpful and courteous. I stayed on different side of the hotel this time and I heard planes taking off from Exeter airport and traffic

I cannot fault the staff. They worked so hard during the busiest or times, especially at breakfast when food was running out and people were impatient to wait their turn to be seated. The staff always had a smile on their face. I do think another one or two members of staff would be helpful. Hotel was clean and very welcoming. I begrudge having to pay for parking though in an out of town venue.

Easy access by car and bus to city centre. Very well organised from check in to self service breakfast and very pleasant staff.. We made the mistake of booking an accessable room (the first option offered) which I suspect was the reason for such limited desk space-will be more careful next time!

Really helpful staff at check in. Breakfast was busy but had been warned of this before hand
