Staff great, management needs to put some money in maintenance

Great Stay ! Decent price !

We booked this hotel as a local getaway from the kids for a weekend. The pool was empty and had gathered dirt, so it looked like it had been empty for a while. There was no mention of this on the website and was disappointing because we had specifically looked for a hotel with a pool. The whole property was run down, patched and ragged. Holes in the curtains, cracks and holes in the lampshades, worn carpets and linens. Speaking of linens, in order to get clean towels, you have to turn-in your dirty towels. When I tried to do this, I was told, at 5:00 pm, that they didn't have any clean towels. NO CLEAN TOWELS at 5:00 pm? The front desk clerk also had no idea, not even an estimate, as to when towels would be available. There is a CASH deposit required of locals ($100) that was never mentioned until check-in. When you check out, you have to request that they go and inspect the room. Then you wait until somebody has time to do this. Then you MIGHT finally get your $100 back as long as they don't find something to charge you for... extremely shady. Although we had booked for two nights, we checked out after one. I would not recommend staying at the Quality Inn, GP.

Carpets need replacing, bathtub needs to be slip proofed and a little bigger tv would be nice

This was a pretty basic stay. We needed a cheap, convenient place to stay. The bed was rather comfy and we grabbed a quick bite of whatever they had left out for breakfast. I grabbed the small bagel and cream cheese along with an apple but they were still setting up.

The morning food very poor.

Just not clean or presentable. Not what we expect from Quality. Needs refurb bad!

Booked for the pool—got there and pool was empty of water. Place is worn out and dingy. Room smelled strongly of harsh cleaning chemicals and smoke (nonsmoking room). Coffee—well, I went next door for coffee. It’s fine if you are desperate, but I’d avoid otherwise. The staff ARE friendly and do try to make this sad hotel a better experience for customers.

Everything was great

My 80 year old mother was personally attacked and accused of smoking cigarettes in our room and she has never smoked one cigarette a day in her.life. She was kicked out due to it and she was not refunded any of her money, she didnt even get her 100 $ cash deposit back and was forced to pack up and leave with nowhere to go.

The owner is refusing to refund me. The hotel is absolutely disgusting and toilet doesn’t work. I didn’t even want to put my bags down. The front desk person could not have been kinder.

The pool was closed for the season. Looked like it hadn't been used in decades. Smelled like mildew. TV had no sound, but they fixed that. The continental breakfast was pathetic. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Stayed the night, was traveling up and Oregon I5 corridor. Was okay, but bed wasn't comfortable.

The front desk was very rude. It was a really old building with outdated everything and had a weird stench.

Staff was great and very friendly. Room was clean. Heater/air conditioner/air all worked great Pool is cracked so it’s down for now.

The first room smelled foul, stale and moldy. The air conditioner in both rooms were missing covers. The pool that’s advertised on the booking is empty, has been for a long time and no eta on when it would be basin service, we booked the hotel for the pool. The front desk was unprofessional, eating while we checked in and was on a personal call and we had to wait for him to finish his call before he checked us in. The room we stayed in had dirty walls and bathroom, the window screen was broken and the window did not lock. Breakfast was supposed to be from 7-9 and was not ready until after 7:30. When we asked the front desk about the pool they shrugged it off like it was no big deal. The beds and pillows were lumpy. I will never stay here again and will never recommend it to anyone!
