Great location and clean property.

This was a great experience checked in and walked right into their happy hour which is very generous. My room was clean and spacious. Only the thing, the bathroom floor didn't appear to be swept or mopped which was minor (had my slippers on). Otherwise I really enjoyed my stay... definitely going again for just a me time visit.

Lovely stay

I was unhappy when I checked in and I was not able to use my card for the incidentals both rooms that I booked. I have done so in the past with not only this hotel, but other hotels within the Hilton honors program. Other than that, everything else was as expected as I’ve stayed here quite a few times. The breakfast was excellent, and the rooms were very comfortable today.

The staff went above and beyond to make my stay amazing

I enjoyed the scenic view as I walked in.A nice size waterfall, and a large eating area.Also there was a T.G.I.Friday's,adjacent to the hotel.

Great service

The hotel is clean, room was nice, clean, comfortable. The breakfast and happy hour were a nice touch. Gym was clean and well maintained. Staff are very nice and friendly.

Comfortable, felt safe

Property is older, but appears to have renovated furnishings. Towels and bathroom full of gross hair! Contacted front desk and was given major lip service and a 3 towel limit. Not returning.

Cleanliness was good except for armchair in living area had stains and AC unit’s filter needed to be replaced.

Amazing

Hotel itself was outdated but overall clean. The only thing that was bad was that the walls were paper thin. I could hear conversations and more unfortunately.
