Good stay

Customer Service is outstanding, safe and quiet.

Great location and nice staff.

Hotel was in a quiet location a short walk from the Arc de Triomphe. Lots of cafés in easy reach for breakfast, also restaurants in walking distance. Metro stations also within a short walk. Hotel was clean and staff friendly and helpful. Only disappointment was the lack of a proper bar for evening drinks.

Comfortable clean room with full amenities, bed on which we slept well, fully functional air conditioning. Clean bathroom, towels changed daily. Simply maximum satisfaction with the hotel and its excellent location and price.

The property has the regular things you would expect from a hotel, towels, clean bedroom, shower, and an elevator. The staff is very friendly and kind. There is also a laundromat next door in case you need faster assistance than the onsite laundry service. The elevator on the property is very small and sometimes has some issues closing the door. You can certainly hear your neighbors through the night and the in room heating/ air conditioning is a little weak. But the hotel is in a great location and is overall clean.

Helpful staff. Comfortable room. Within 10 mins walking distance of Arc de Triomphe, Champs- Elysees and nearest hop-on hop-off bus stop.

Property is well worn, rooms are small yet it was expensive

Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Location is quite good. Property can do with some updating but for the price, it’s worth it. Very pleased with my stay.

Bon endroit stratégique à Paris

Good quality hotel in safe area. Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of eating places nearby. Convenient for metro and train. Nice room with comfy bed and air-con. Room service every day. Very clean. Breakfast offered a good choice.

This hotel is a little gem in Paris! I could slightly hear the noise of the room next to mine but it didn’t bother me. The staff was nice and the location ideal, far from tourists but still very well communicated with public transportation. Highly recommend!

Prepaid but was charged an additional fee 16 euros for tax when we arrived.

Great location for seeing Paris, clean hotel and the staff are welcoming. I had a room in the rear of the building but sadly the lighting outside was faulty making it hard to sleep. Other then that I would recommend

Pleasantly surprised - the photos make the hotel look very dated, but that's not the case at all! We didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on that, but comfortable room/bed, good soundproofing, blackout shutters worked well. Spa facilities are a lovely extra touch, but you must book a slot.

There are no toiletries like the ones in the photos. The room wasn't cleaned properly before check-in, and there was leftover dirty silverware and food from the previous guest. The area was nice and convenient.

Always nice and warm in the hotel. Excellent area with plenty of Restaurants, shops and a 10 minute walk from Arc de Triomphe. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again. A good buffet breakfast at €16 but also there is a great boulangerie Chez Meunier on the corner of the street which does great filled baguettes for only €2.50 😳

This property was exceptional! I really enjoyed lodging there, and i look forward to returning there on my next visit.
