I was disappointed with my stay. The hotel had a noticeable smell of smoke, even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. On top of that, I found a roach in the shower, which made the experience very uncomfortable. I hope management addresses these issues so future guests have a better stay.

The sheets were dirty, and the heating regulation was not working. Reporting to the front desk staff was difficult due to limited staff availability.

Walked in to hair on my bed and had a big in the room and called for someone to come in and kill it twice and no one showed up. Bathroom is extremely small and room says updated but it is definitely not

Staff at desk were great. Workers were smiling and acknowledging us while walking throughout hotel and casino floors, which you don’t see too often anymore. Beautiful clean room. Elevators were a bit dirty but didn’t take away from a good experience. Would def plan to visit again.

Don't love that entrance to hotel takes you to gaming floor. Also room wasn't ready until 5:00 PM although I arrived at 3:45 PM. Room was fantastic, clean, very comfortable. Food at hotel was excellent.

I love my time there, it was a bit noisy wish it was sound proof. I got woken up a few times. Room was ok it needed vacuuming. I love the Casino area because I won some money. I would revisit again
