Great location - good place to stay for price

Is a preaty hotel but needs cleaning, the rugs of the common areas are very dirty, the entire hotel needs some tlc, is ok to be old and cozy but not dirty. Please fix this the actual premises have a good vive

The rooftop terrace was an absolute gem, you can see the Duomo from the upper most deck, and it’s a quiet refuge from a long day around town. Our room & beds were comfy. The staff made the stay perfect. Front desk and the morning breakfast crew(the breakfast spread was wonderful!)were all very kind. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a lovely stay. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options and plenty of seating. The bedroom was clean and comfortable and even had a mini fridge which was a pleasant surprise. The rooftop deck was beautiful and the hotel staff were friendly. The hotel is in a good location, a 10 to 15 minute walk to the train station and close to shopping, restaurants and laundromats. The Central Market is a short walk from the hotel and a good dining option. The hotel is on an active but quiet street near a nice park which is well lit at night.

Upon arrival, I was given a room upgrade. Staff were friendly and addressed all questions enthusiastically. The room was spacious, a little worn with age, the safe did not function, the hallway carpeting from stairs to the room was a little dirty. On other floors, the carpets looked fine. The lobby had numerous sitting rooms which were quite nice. The hotel location was sufficient to hit all local tourist areas by foot (required a bit of walking). Hotel is within a 14 minute walk to the metro station. I would stay again, but I wouldn't necessarily go out of my way to stay here again.

Amazing stay! staff was so friendly, especially our bartender that also worked the breakfast buffet. he took such good care of us and remembered our orders! great spot, walking distance from the market centrale. small showers, but aside from that room was cozy!

It is a very nice hotel. It has everything we needed to spend some days in Florence, and many tourist attractions were within walking distance. We enjoyed the breakfast where the buffet had plenty of choices. The hotel looked clean and well-maintained.

How could it be a 4 stat hotel?! I guess even motel would be more clean and better. Terrible bed and mattress! Let me not talk about the look of the bathroom and shower! Thank God we were just there for 2 nights and not worth to change. Staff were nice, breakfast was good. But seriously how could it be 4 star!!!!
