The location was great, just a short walk from Times Square. It's a busy street with lots of people walking around until late at night. The staff were also very kind and answered all my questions. The room was spacious enough to spread out my suitcase, and there was even a bathtub so I was able to fill it with hot water. They will store your luggage after check-out for $5 per piece. I didn't eat there, so I don't know.

Strategic location across from Target, one row from Madam Tussauds, get a 35$ breakfast voucher, the room is quite spacious. Because the location near Times Square is a bit noisy at night

Toilet flash broken, late response to fix that until 3 times call the manager, not friendly staff, too much hidden fee and tax, anyone will stay there must ask first about deposit, tax and destination fee everyday,

Salah satu pelayan di bar tidak ramah, pada saat saya meminta tissue. Dia melempar tissue ke meja & tidak ada air putih di dalam kamar. Kita harus meminta di receptionist & itu harus mengantri bersama tamu yang check in & itu untuk setiap harinya, padahal ada biaya tambahan lagi pada saat kedatangan sebesar $201 & ada ket in-room bottled water

Kamar luas dan bersih, tempat tidur besar (double queen), lokasi strategis, dekat ke subway station dan pusat Times Square. City tax-nya juga bisa dijadikan credit untuk beli makanan di resto-nya, lumayan bisa jadi bekal sarapan. Good offering!

Stafnya tidak ramah dan sangat kasar. Banyak extra chargenya. Yang mereka tidak akan jelaskan secara detail. Sudah membayar untuk menginap dihotel ini tapi diperlakukan seperti itu menurut saya tidak worthy. Kelebihan nya hanya lokasi saja. Sisanya tidak rekomen.

Spacious and comfortable, close to the city center, if I come to New York again, I will stay again at the Hilton Time Square 👍🏻.
