Very pleasant stay and great location

Unfortunately and not fault to the property it is a homeless highway and hangout on 2 sides of the property. The building is older so finishes are a little outdated and worn. It was clean

Good location in downtown

My wife and I stay at the Paramount was excellent. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and had a good view, and there were lots of amenities nearby. The next time we return to Portland, we will definitely stay at the Paramount again.

The first room they assigned to us was not clean (dirty toilet & sewer flies in the sink). The second room was better. Property needs some attention (paint, deep cleaning in bathrooms/sleeping space.

The property was nice. The area around it was dirty and there were a lot of homeless in the area

We felt very safe in the areas walking around the hotel, lots of security. Staff was very friendly. Everything we needed was walkable.

Nice hotel with helpful staff. Centrally located in a shopping area.

Swine whiskey bar was great, good food and good service. The rest of the experience was sadly lacking. I had to find my own parking because the valet parking wasn't able to handle my Nissan Frontier pickup. That set the tone for a disappointing experience. The hotel is definitely not 4 star but solidly 3 star. The area of downtown is nasty but not the fault of the hotel. The bathroom lock was missing and lipstick was on the supposedly clean coffee cup.

Everything was just what we would expect at a hotel! The lobby was amazing and the bar was greatly connivence on the main floor out by check in!

My wife and I loved our night at The Paramount!! All the staff was awesome and the property has a nice warm vibe. Bar and restaurant on site is fantastic! Our room was amazing, with a private patio and a soaking tub. Perfectly located for downtown fun, I can’t wait to stay there again!!

This is a gorgeous property, and the bed was incredibly comfortable! I have to say, my favorite thing was the pillows! I loved them so much I asked the staff to give me the information on what brand and where they purchased them! I was a bit heartbroken to find out they cost $600 per pillow, so I won't be having one at home for myself, but i honestly haven't had a night's sleep that fantastic in a long time! We will absolutely stay here again if we're ever in Portland!

Great place !!!

The hotel has good bones, but they need to do a deep clean. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable, but it clearly had only a cursory cleaning. In the bathroom I found hairs and mold in the shower. The carpet in the main room needs a deep cleaning to remove stains and general foot traffic. There were also crumbs on the floor indicating perhaps it hadn't even been vacuumed. The nightstand shelf was dusty also indicating only cursory cleaning between guests. The bed was comfortable and clean, but the sheets were too tight on the bed and the corners kept coming off. It's a great location and the hotel could be great if they did a better job of maintaining the hotel. Lastly, they provide a $10 credit at the restaurant on the ground floor. I had the pot roast and mashed potatoes, which were ice cold. Net, don't bother when there are so many great restaurants in Portland.
