The huge drawback on this otherwise very nice property is the bathroom configuration; ZERO PRIVACY - no door separating beds from bathroom. A deal breaker.

Nice staff. Clean room. Comfortable beds. Old school room service a plus. Lovely breakfast. Nice set up in room. Two suggestions: more easily accessible non alcoholic drinks in a city with hot weather. If no vending machines due to ambiance, bring back the stocked mini bar. And please consider updating your cable. It’s laughably sparse.

I enjoyed the plethora for food options nearby and the access to the metro.

Staff is great, courteous and attentive but room service quality turned a terrible frustration. As from other stays, ordered breakfast, horrible. It could easily be enhanced. Any coffee shop around the hotel would serve better quality bread, pastries, etc. Omelete is something not acceptable in any place. A not fresh apparently from a boxed egg mix with a gross gummy spread inside, total lack of creativity or respect for a hotel this level. It was a total deception. Croissant like supermarket cheap package, toast was burned not even tasted like sourdough. I challenge the manager of the hotel to eat it and then go to any even small nearby shop to have a greater quality. Had to go outside in a nearby offee shop to have a minimun proper breakfast

This is a beautiful, centrally, located hotel with an extra extraordinary staff. The service was especially kind, not solicitors, just the right level. Bellhops Paul and John were especially helpful. The outdoor seating area is comfortable, hip, and very relaxing.
