Staff were helpful and friendly, but this hotel needs repairs and maintenance. The elevator was broken which limited accessibility for us, as disabled guests. Everything for kitchen use had to be checked out which was inconvenient, especially with disabilities and a broken elevator. The whole hotel smells like stale cigarettes. You can only resolve that with new carpet, new drapes, and new paint. My room was not thoroughly cleaned. "Breakfast included" is misleading because coffee, tea, a muffin, fruit bar, or oatmeal package isn't really "breakfast". The online pictures do not reflect what I saw offered. Trash room, laundry room, and snack room were clean and well stocked! Need handicapped parking at all entrances to the hotel; otherwise, your hotel isn't accessible to the disabled, especially with a broken elevator! Handles on fridge need to be kitchen friendly (see picture). No point in having a tub without a plug to take a bath! It's discouraged because voucher guests flood the place without consequences! I've got picture and video evidence to prove everything I've written!

A family member was staying there, and we had extended the stay a few times. Not once did anyone say we needed to come to the desk to check in and show ID again for the overlapping reservation to start. The family member let them know there was already a reservation for the next 2 nights. Mind you, this was the 4th time we had extended an already existing reservation. The staff told me they asked the family member to come down and show ID, etc, and said they asked multiple times. Family member said they asked time and said they would be down asap. The staff saw the family member outside and went in the room without any notification and decided they didn't want to extend the stay because they didn't come down to the desk. I am not sure why they felt the need to go into the room, but I called to ask why and what we could do. They replied, we decided to exercise the right not to extend the reservation. The family member didn't do anything wrong that I am aware of aside from didn't go downstairs right away. Maybe I am missing something, but I was a bit surprised and thought it was a bit rude, being this was not the 1st stay. The 1st few stays were fine, but the last was not a positive experience. Side note, they say there is a free breakfast every morning, well, it is coffee and tea and a few pre-packed grab n go items.

No attendant when I got there to check in. Elevator out of service . They had me on the 3rd floor. Asked if there was anything on first floor. Person didn’t bother to check, just said no. Made no effort to check if any rooms on 2nd floor available. Again elevator out of service. Not very helpful.

Exceptionally helpful staff. Our room had plumping problems but the staff did their best to fix it and Extended Stay made it right by refunding our pet fee.Our one complaint thet only tool they could offer us was a plunger so flaccid that is only good for splashing water on the floor and oursleves. Very dog friendly. You have to ask for evertyhing now, but that is a product of irresponsible quests who steal household items.

The elevators were not working, and I was placed on the third floor, in addition, the rooms were filthy, and the furniture was so old there was paint missing and it looked like it was bought at an old garage sale. The smell of the entire hotel was terrible and disgusting

don't stay here if arriving after hours. I arrived at 1 am and they made me sit in the lobby for an hour while their system updated despite the fact I had advised them ahead of time of my late check in and that I was checking out at 5am

The front desk staff checking in and out were friendly. We went to this location to get away from the loud fireworks especially for our little chihuahua. Unfortunately we still heard about a handful of firework sounds outside this location.

The bathroom sink didn't drain. The refrigerator is broken and made very loud sounds. The electricity went out five times and I couldn't shower. When I filed a complaint with the manager - Adrian, he did nothing for me. Didn't even apologize for the issues. Horrible experience and barely slept.
