First night was a problem as there was no hot water available in the room. They initially said that nothing could be done, but could provide us with a room just for showering that was 2 floors up. We insisted that we wanted a new room that night and didn’t want to deal with the repair crew the next morning at 8 am. Eventually they offered to change us to 2 rooms each with a king bed, from our original room with 2 queen beds. Also offered us M club access for the entire stay.
