I had a nice stay. But there was unexpected fees. I paid for breakfast and lunch on my booking but was charged extra fee for the dinner.

Stand out for this hotel was huge helpfulness and friendlinessof the staff

Rooms were lovely, cleaned every day. Breakfast both hot and cold had plenty of choice. Staff were really lovely and helpful. We unfortunately lost our dog on the first night there and the girl on reception was really kind. Then the days after they were always asking how we were. This is our go too hotel in Corby.

The Hotel was lovely , modern and inviting , the outside area from the restaurant was in need of updating. The furniture and woodwork was tierd and broken . Nice sized area just not really inviting

On arrival I realised I had booked the wrong room. The reception staff were most helpful and resolved the situation very quickly. A very enjoyable stay with excellent breakfast and bar facilities. I stay here quite frrequently during the summer (to visit Fermyn Wood nearby) and have always had a comfortable and issue free stay.

There was nothing on the Expedia website to say that the pool was being refurbished which was the reason I booked the hotel for my grandson to swim. The hotel iformed me that they had it on their own website and acebook page however as I booked through Expedia there was nothing to inform me.

Easy to find. Nice and comfortable room, but the drinks at the bar is quite expensive. But overall, it’s a nice weekend away.

No facilities available at the hotel so make sure you phone before hand. The also had a wedding party underneath our room were the loud music didn’t stop until 12. No refunds or room changes had to leave a day earlier as the noise level at night

Hotel generally fine, though we had a couple of negatives. 1- we chose the hotel in large part to make use of spa facilities, only to find that restricted hours in the holiday season meant this was not useable for us. 2- our room was part of an adjoining pair. At night a very loud couple of young men opened their adjoining door and continued being noisy. Thankfully, when I opened our door and asked them nicely if they could keep it down a bit, they did.

The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful

Good location for visiting Burghley Horse Trials over the weekend. Very friendly staff and good with the dog.

It was pleasant enough. Staff were friendly. Drinks are overpriced and hotel price is high for the standard especially compared to other hotels I’ve used

We had a suite which was excellent for our needs A massive Thankyou to Mel… she knows why The rest of the staff were superb too.. especially Annette
