Love this hotel. The staff are all so welcoming and helpful. The suite was very comfortable and clean. The location was perfect for our event at MSG.

I love the Hotel Giraffe. I’ve stayed there several times. It is my boutique hotel of choice in New York City. Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms, spacious rooms. It feels luxurious.

Great 3.5-4 star hotel in a good location. Valet parking. Good staff. Comfortable rooms. Nice small roof deck. No gym. Very basic breakfast is included. Unlimited tea, coffee and snacks all day.

Nice stay and atmosphere

This is easily my favorite hotel in NYC and frankly my favorite hotel of any place I have ever stayed. The staff is what makes it’s special; they are consummate professionals. The hotel is clean and in a great location.

Superb as always

Hotel Giraffe was a great find and was perfect for my family's stay in New York. We stayed in a 1 bed suite with sofabed. The room was great - very clean and spacious Having the continental breakfast option was such a boon. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We ate at Audace adjacent to the hotel and had a meal that we'll be raving about for a long time! Delicious! I'd highly recommend this propery and will definitely stay at it again on any future visits to New York.

Great value and location

Service was excellent. Rooms were overall pretty clean, just in need of a serious refresh. Would definitely stay again because the hotel is perfectly accessible to wherever you would like to go to in Manhattan

Amazing hotel! We had the best time! The Rooftop terrace was such a great place to hang out! The staff was just wonderful and so accommodating. We loved it here and will definitely return!

Large room for NYC. Perfect for what I was looking for.

This place is a gem.

The giraffe was in a great location. It was clean. It was quiet. The air conditioning worked. The only thing that I would say is that it was quite hot in the hallway and the elevators were extremely slow and looked worn.

It was clean, convenient, and the rooms where a nice size. I also like the balcony.

The property was very close to transportation and many restaurants but because it was located on a busy corner it was very noisy with sirens, horns honking and construction trucks passing by all night long. The building opposite it was under construction. The room was outdated but very spacious, clean and comfortable. There was no fan or window in the washroom. Although there was a 24 hour snack program in the main lobby and a good continental breakfast it would have been nice to have a coffee machine and a fridge in our room. There was a lovely rooftop patio but it was only available to us for part of our stay. Although there was a bar and restaurant associated with the property it was in the basement rather than on the main floor. The staff was very polite and attentive and tried to make our stay enjoyable.
