Room clean and roomy, welcoming staff and good breakfast.

Tired and could do with an upgrade

The staff were nice. Wouldnt recommend room 117 to anyone. No balcony and very noisy. Shower wasnt clean. Bed was comfortable

Was ok for short cheap stay

Reception was friendly. Towels and blankets obviously quite used and have stains. And I am 100% sure I forgot my charger in the room when checking out, but the staff insisted that they didn’t find it. So either they do a very bad job at cleaning up the room, or the cleaning staff kept it.

We stayed at Coral Tree Inn twice, first time a first floor room (no lift so be prepared to carry bags), second time a ground floor room (much easier). Rooms were basic but certainly adequate. Beds were comfortable. Hot buffet breakfast was included and was excellent. Good range of foods and plenty of it. Staff were excellent and always very helpful.

Beds very uncomfortable. In the situation I had the staff was not helpful. The part of town where most things you'll want to do is between a 15-20 minute walk

The room was very small and I was hoping for a room with a bathtub, but should have made a special request for this. The balcony faced a awful setting of someone’s junk in a shed but I guess that can’t be helped.

Great locations. Spacious rooms. Pillows little too hard and area around feels little unsafe (common cairns problem)

Clean room, good facilities and friendly staff

Close to city centre. Easy walk from station or to esplanade, shops, cafes, markets

There is no proper soundproofing and it was very loud for whole night. No one is also enforcing quite hours. Walking distance to Cairns centre.

The best thing about this place is it's walking distance to the Esplanade and city if you are keen . Rooms are basic ,clean . Have to walk up stairs to get to room . Ok overall

The staff is great there. The place is very cute and homey. The breakfasts are great

This hotel was fine for my brief stay in Cairns. Pretty central to restaurants and esplanade etc. Breakfast provisions were good and reception staff were friendly and helpful. Ironing boards needs to have foam underlay as ironing board imprint transfers onto clothes. Also my iron had obviously been dropped and was chipped across the top which I didn't notice at first but caused my clothing to become snagged. Needs to be replaced.

good clean hotel and easy walk to town for restaurants

Overall the the 3 night stay was good , however some guests seem to have trouble reading and following hotel notices around noise and disturbance times . Also first time ever that I have had a room with no bed side lights , only the main light switch by the door.

The hotel is extremely bare bones and they didn't have hand towels or wash cloths available. No elevator, no outlets for charging much of anything. The breakfast was nice but not included in the room cost.

Sijainti oli todella hyvä. Hotelli oli siisti ja henkilökunta oli ystävällisiä. Vaikka aula kaipaa uudistamista, huoneet olivat riittävän tilavat ja siistit. Huoneista puuttuu lukuvalo, joten jos haluaa illalla lukea kirjaa joutuu pitämään kirkasta kattovaloa päällä.

Stay was great, if the check in desk had been open between the advertised hours then it would have been perfect. However being greeted by a sign ‘shut for 30 minutes’ when the desk closed in two and a half hours later was disappointing.
