Change the breakfast on the morning

This hotel is old and rundown. It was an old apartment building and the rooms are very underwhelming. It is right in the heart of downtown and not the best part of the city. Our car got broken into the first night even though it was supposed to be a patrolled lot. The couch and chairs were very rundown and it is an old hotel. Unless you need to be downtown, I recommend staying outside of the city. West Hartford is a lot nicer.

I booked a room at this hotel because I was under the impression there was a restaurant/bar on premises, but there is not. It closed down in March. Had to get food delivered and downtown Hartford isn't the greatest for foot travel for a solo female business traveler.

Emergency alarm and evacuation at 2:50am and then 3 more alarms again every 30 minutes after that. Cause was a burst pipe in the parking garage which was not even connected to the hotel and had burst on 3 separate occasions previously.

Property listed as having a pool. But no pool on premises.

The atmosphere was very quiet which i loved. The staff very humble and noble, answered all my questions. The cleanliness excellent 👌. I will definitely recommend this to my friends and family.. 5 stars to this place

Every time I am in Hartford, I stay in that place love it so clean very convenient.

The location of the hotel was right downtown, which made the city walkable and convenient to highways and the train. Most of all, the staff was incredible. They were responsive to requests like additional towel and helpful ina meeting any questions we had during our stay. They were also very nice and friendly.

One of the best places I've stayed in this area. Great team to attend all guests needs. I needed to use the guest laundry, had a great experience. The room was extremely comfortable, warm and cozy. Great view of the Connecticut river from our window. The breakfast was completely amazing, delicious options from fresh toasts to waffles. Highly recommend this place.

Attendant at front desk congenial and very helpful knowledge and suggestions of area.

Staff was nice enough. Old hotel. Bedroom small, bathroom tiny. Large living area and kitchen. Great for single man who needs to cook and live downtown. Breakfast was decent by hotel standards.
