There seemed to be people living there like it was their home. Cat lying on a chair in the lobby. Bicycles along the front (blocking the entrance) and side of the hotel, people sitting outside the building (along the sides) outside our room sliding door nightly until about midnight. Trash scattered all through the parking lot. Sliding glass door was not working properly, handle was broken, no lock but had a bar to stop someone from sliding it open. Toilet was stained with brown stripes. Room didn't smell very good and the heater/air conditioner did also. I asked for a receipt but the girl at the counter didn't know what to do and the person that was supposed to be at the counter was outside attending to their child. I felt that we would have had a better stay at an AirBNB in someone's personal home. It would have been a lot cleaner. I wish I would have taken a picture.

The property was littered with several bike and various debris. The Photo on the website is NOT an accurate representation of the property.

The entire second floor is used as a homeless shelter every night. The outside was strewn with garbage in the parking lot and personal belongings covered the grassy areas. 2 guys smoking and sitting in camp chairs greeted me as I walked under the covered entrance way. The counter girl was rude after I pointed out the conditions outdoors. She then informed me about the second floor usage. As I was leaving 2 car loads of homeless from the streets of Jamestown/Falconer NY were dropped off with their belongings. Disgusting place that should be accepting travelers.

I regret staying here & never will again. It appears to be Section 8 Housing. It’s dirty, floors are sticky, smells like weed, rather unsavory looking people staring at me and my daughter, as we unpacked our car. A shirtless guy blocking the doorway as my daughter was trying to take her things out to the car the next morning, watching her the whole time. There is what looks to be construction materials in the grassy area across from the main entrance, bikes everywhere, some of them are chained to light poles and others are just laying there. There’s rat traps around the first floor, and there are weeds growing out of the gutters. Wallpaper is peeling. The outlets in the room did not work and one of them sparked when I tried to charge my phone. Your choice for breakfast is waffles or waffles. There was no regular coffee only decaf so I had to drive to Tim Hortons to get a cup of coffee at 7 AM. The desk clerks were more often found outside smoking & hanging out with some guy. I hate giving such a bad review. Times are tough and we are all struggling in one way or another. But knowledge is power and if you choose to stay here, you will at least know what you are getting yourself into. But my recommendation is don’t waste your time or your money. I guess if I have to say one good thing, it’s that we didn’t get killed in our sleep.

We were put in a smoking room despite a reservation for nonsmoking. I asked to switch but nothing else was available. The room smelled terrible. The good: The bed was comfortable and the sheets clean. Otherwise the property was run down. The room was reasonably clean, but the common areas were dirty. Very poor breakfast. I will avoid this hotel in the future.

Filthy hallways and reception area. Smells like smoke. People hanging around in the parking lot a 12:30 at night. Bed was very comfortable and we weren't killed in our sleep. So there's that.

We abandoned our reservation because the property looked abandoned. There were tons of kids hanging out around outside. The building was unkempt and worrisome.

We had reservations and they had no rooms. The whole place smelled of smoking. I don't plan to go there again. Very bad experience. We did get our money back.

We never got a room. They declared the reservation was canceled and the hotel full. Everyone hanging outside and walking past us looked dirty and tired especially the kids. So many kids. Would not be surprised to learn this place has become a shelter for the homeless. Everything felt sketch.

When arriving on the property there was a groups of people smoking and drinking had to walk around them. There were kids playing everywhere. I sure they are permanent residents at the inn. When I first entered the Inn check-in there were many flies at the front desk the employee would swat them away. Not something one wants to be walking to especially on vacation. I was on the second floor and the stairs up were covered in dried rice. It stayed like that what felt like all day. The room itself felt dirty, I had the baseboard peeling in one corner of the room. My bed sheets and random spots of yellow. My key card demagnetized whenever I left my room so I had to repeatedly ask to get it fixed just to be able to Exeter my room. The built in bathroom light didn’t work and there was a lamp I had to use instead. And many screaming kids at all moments of the day especially at night. If you want a quiet time at night to rest this is definitely not the place to stay.

Do not stay at this property. The rooms were dingy, sticky carpet, stains in the shower, many homeless on the property...so much that while we were there, the staff took out a couch from the lobby and replaced it with two chairs, we asked why and their response was to help stop people coming in and sleeping there. Breakfast was a brown paper bag with a bottle of water, a microwave breakfast sandwich and an apple. Many bags were picked through as well. Stay away at all costs

People live here, so there was a lot of noise and kids running around. They had a birthday party on Friday, so smoking grills, loud music and lots of screaming kids. The residents and staff were sitting under the carport by the front door, smoking cigarettes and marijuana. It was a lovely cloud of smoke to walk through. It also came in our room thru the ac. The heater in the bathroom was on and we couldn’t turn it off. Someone peed on it, so it smelled like burnt urine. We closed the door and left the fan on. Mystery stains on doors, walls, beds and carpets. There should be a health inspection. Never again!

When we arrived there were kids running around the lobby, making a mess in the dining area which was filthy!!! I think they lived there as they were there during our whole stay! The room was cleaned? But had someone’s clothing in the drawer and nightstand! The floors left my sock bottoms black! In the am the same dining area was still filthy with the same children making a bigger mess and laying on the dirty floor! The police were also there the eve before with what appeared to be a domestic problem(fighting)! We will never stay there again but had been there a previous year and all was fine! Such a decline in this property!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After driving 8 hours, I arrived to find that the Quality Inn had “lost” our reservation. The clerk claimed Expedia had canceled it, even though I saw it in the app and Expedia told me it was still valid. There was no vacancy at any other hotels in town so we had to drive another hour to get a room.
