This property was not at all what it appears to be in photos posted online. The room was not clean upon receiving it. There were stains on the pillow cases, sheets and towels, and needed replacing immediately. The only "blanket" provided was a single flat sheet and staff was initially hesitant to provide additional sheets when asked. The mattresses were not very comfortable. All the surfaces were dirty and I had to wipe all of them down again after receiving the room. Additionally, I had to clean the shower. The other guests were yelling in the halls and playing loud music into the early hours of the morning every day until about 6AM. The front desk was unreachable by phone and when informing them that the phone did not work, they failed to rectify this issue. The breakfast, that was an additional cost, was terrible. It does not entirely cater to dietary restrictions making choices very scarce - and it did not taste very good either. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to have a relaxing stay in Mallorca.

Shower got overfloated. Bathroom was dirty when I moved in. Staff is very sweet though! No complains about lovely people who work here.

stayed here with my son and couldn't fault it it was clean the hall ways smell lovely it's a little loud from 5am to 6.30 am with the clubs clubs closing but uiy can't complain as it's magaluf

Had a great 4 night stay here. We stayed half board. Food was fab, one of the best I've stayed at, with some super little touches. Rooms were basic, but expected for this location. Plenty big enough for my friend and i. Lovely bathroom with super big waterfall shower. Perfect location for the beach, strip and square. Loved the wristbands with room key - no worries about loosing room key!!!!

When I arrived I was told at reception that the hotel was closing and that I had been booked in at the Melia Calvia Beech. This hotel is about a 10 minute partial uphill walk, and there was no offer of transport or a drink. I am 74 years old and had just bused down from Puerto Pollenca. Fortunately I am reasonably fit. I wanted to be in an adults only central hotel and ended up halfway up a hill with people enjoying half term family holidays. There was not prior notice of any changes.

No tissues provided, small rooms, no direct access to beach as displayed on the picture. Not very friendly staff

Rooms clean and fully air conditioned. Loved the wrist/bracelet room key!! And breakfast was fantastic great choice!

We enjoyed staying at this hotel as it was in a great location, 2 mins from beach, stores, restaurants and bus stops. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The only “ complaint ” was that it was a little noisy at night but I would still definitely recommend staying here.

Sol house calvia beach has an amazing beach club which has a really relaxed feel and music great pool and right on the beach the food is great. Hotel room had some punch holes in the wall and wasnt too clean also requested a double bed and it was 2 singles pushed together the main pool area and bars was great music and very care free bring your own drinks... teenagers do stay here and come in early morning shouting and banging on doors so bear that in mind also you are almost forced to wear a pink wristband whick has your room key in it and when you dont the security kick up a fuss at night and threaten to throw you out luckily the reception are ok with you just having it on you and put them straight... overall we had a good time and its great for partygoers but anyone looking for a good nights sleep or a clean comfortable room stay away

We were a group of 28 y/o from Canada, and decided to pay extra for a 4 star nice hotel to get away from some of the riff raf big mistake. Party hotel with people yelling and blasting music at all hours. The room was a pigstien with multiple cockach sightings, dried blood on the floor, cigarette burns on the couch, stains on the wall, and toilet. Housekeeping didn’t take out garbage once during the 5 days, all they did was change towels and make beds. When I asked the staff for a new room due to all the issues they sent a maid up who proceeded to put bleach on the caked on blood stains and said “if it was blood bleach would take it away” it looked like it had been there for years. Felt gross the whole time. If your an 18-19 year old I guess it’s fine since it’s a party place but would not reccomend to any adult. The front desk staff were super friendly especially given the place they were working in, but the cleaning staff did nothing all week.
