Charming hotel in Montparnasse. Surprisingly quiet for a lively Parisian neighborhood. Splendid staff, always smiling, always willing to assist. Cozy room with clever shower design to make use of the limited space without feeling cramped. Thoughtful breakfast with homemade items and plentiful coffee to order. Would absolutely stay here again.

The location is great — it’s very convenient to buy food and take the metro nearby. However, on the last day of my stay, the housekeeping staff forgot to clean the room. The breakfast cost €16, but the food was not very fresh. The room on the second floor had poor sound insulation and was very small. I won’t stay here again next time.

Staff were very friendly, the hotel had a lovely boho vibe to it. The room was clean and comfortable. Would have like facilities to make tea and coffee in the room.

This property was cute and authentic, in a less tourist-y area of Paris! The staff was amazing, we had an issue with our room and they were able to relocate us within a day! It was located right next to a metro stop, which made getting around Paris very convenient! Appreciate all of the staff for their help and attentiveness!

Considering that it rained a lot, we didn’t get to explore much.

Cute little, very clean boutique hotel. Great residential location and the staff were super helpful and nice. The metro a just a few steps away and it was so easy to get to CDG airport via the bus and metro as well. And having AC in the heat was a godsend. Highly recommend for a peaceful time in Paris. Yann, thank you for making our stay at this hotel enjoyable and effortless. The hotel was conveniently located near the metro and bus. A variety of international food is available within walking distance of the hotel.

Make sure to visit Land and Monkeys for the best coffee and cakes... also Le Laurier - superb bistro close to hotel

We had a great time staying here for over a week. It’s a short train ride away from popular sights, there’s a small produce store right next door, a pharmacy across the street, and a couple food places on the same block. Would stay again!

A lovely little place, with simply appointed rooms. Bathroom/toilet is not the highlight of this, but were still fine. Bed was great. Public areas were very nice- and so was all of the staff. Would stay again, depending on other city locations I would intend to visit. For this trip, I really liked being close to the cemetery!
