Very convenient location and good service.

Bathroom needs a maintenance. Bathroom doorhandle was broken. Every time you flush the toilet, it overflows with water. The bathroom doesn't have a ventilator.

Increible ubicacion. Hermosas habitaciones. Muy completo desayuno. Amigable staff. Habitaciones superiores dan al contrafrente. La vista no es buena pero son super silenciosas. Recomiendo

It was okay. But the temperature control in the room was terrible. We couldn’t get comfortable. We were there in April which was Autumn in South America. there are some hot days followed by cool ones. We’ve stayed here in the past but for the future… not sure we will come back. Might just pay a bit more or rent an airBNB to be in a place where we can control the temperature better.

The junior suite has a separate living area. The VIP wine gift was good quality. We can see our car parked in a pay lot across the street from our room (not the hotel’s parking; we didn’t know they had any). We are on 9th floor, so high enough to reduce street noise from the busy Corrientes below. The hotel is less than a block from the Obelisco & the area is full of dining options. This is our second time staying here & would come again if a downtown stay is needed.

The Staff are fine. The breakfast is fine. The locatuon is excellent! The hotel badly needs some updating. The bed wasn't comfortable at all; it was very hard to control the temperature; elevator doors would sometimes stick or not be level with the floor. Hopefully there will be some change. If not, there ar emaby hktels in the same area.

We requested an iron as none in room but it did not arrive. Hotel is in a great location but a little dated

Great location, right in the theater district, lots of restaurants and shops, one block from the iconic Obelisk. The hotel service was excellent. I added the breakfast to my reservation and I’m glad I did, it had a wide variety of options, and the coffee was delicious. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location just in from of av. Corrientes main road in Buenos Aires.

Hotel was located very well and central, with obelisk being at the end of the road. It also had a stop right outside for the hop on hop off bus and the porteno tango show a 5 minute walk around the corner. Rooms were spacious but a bit dated. No tea/coffee in the room unless you buy it in. There is a breakfast restaurant, which we did not use as it wasn’t included but that was it in regards to food/drink. Pool looked lovely but it rained so we didn’t get the chance to go up there. Overall very nice and great for a short visit to The city.

I arrived at 12pm for a 2pm check in, they told me the room would be available at 2pm when check in begins. At 1:45pm I return and approach the receptionist to ask if my room was available. The blonde receptionist girl ask the other guy next to her if room was available to which he immediately replied that they were still being cleaned. I sat and waited until 2pm and went back to ask if the room was now ready, the girl said that they weren’t ready yet and that they’d call me when it was available. I asked again at 2:30pm and I was told by the man that the room was still not ready. Finally around 3:15pm I saw another dark haired girl arrived behind the counter so I get up and go ask if my room was ready as I was exhausted from waiting for an extended amount of time. She looks and asks me if I was already checked in by her colleagues to which I replied no. She looks at the other two and asks for my passport and tells me to fill out paperwork. Immediately she hands me my keys and apologizes for the inconvenience. The other two would’ve had me sitting there waiting for my hotel too until midnight, it’s so upsetting when you get employees who don’t care for their guests.

Staff was very nice and was able to adapt my needs. Thankfully it was a quiet hotel stay. The only thing i regret is not having booked my breakfast when i booked the trip because paying per day was not cheap ($14 x person).
