I’m going to give the review I was looking for when I booked this place. I’m a single mom and I brought my 13 and 9 year old. This place was perfect! -Parking was right outside the door -Every room had an ocean view -General store had everything you needed, -Excursion booking was right in the lobby. -Snorkeling was right there on the beach. -Pool was warm and relaxing. The property was small and quaint. We felt safe and the staff was very friendly. We will definitely be coming back.

We had a wonderful stay

This hotel was a perfect place to stay for the value and location. Our room was remodeled and with a beautiful ocean front view. Enjoyed being able to go to the beach in minutes, and the fitness center and mini mart, beach rental were all very convenient. There is a restaurant being remodeled so that will be very nice in the future. We wanted to extend our checkout time and only an extra hour would be free of charge. It would be nice if the hotel had a day room for guests whose flights were later and needed somewhere to shower and change after checkout time. Our flight wasn’t until later in the evening but we still had to pay an extra night to be able to use our room for a few more hours. Wished s the hotel had cut the rate in half instead as a courtesy. Even the Disney Aulani resort in Oahu has a courtesy day room for guests checking out late. Overall we enjoyed our stay being close to Wailea and also Kihei.

The hotel is beautifully maintained and very clean, with friendly and welcoming staff that made the stay pleasant. Suggestions for Improvement: It would be even better with an on-site restaurant for added convenience. Additionally, more frequent room service and the inclusion of laundry services would enhance the overall guest experience.

Disappointed the restaurant is still not open. I stayed three nights and the room never received new towels or trash picked up. I was never told there would Be no room service

Beautiful property for a great price

Loved our view! Was there during the tsunami and had to evacuate

I did not like front office working hours 8-5:30. You have to show up in this time to checkin . They provide you room number after office hours but have to checkin next day in their office hours. We had plans starting from sunrise to sunset every day so we had to cancel one activity just to checkin. It was very inconvenient. Beyond that a positive stay.

Good service

Very frustrating everyday having to prove you are a resident at the hotel for any entrance to the pool / bathroom to get pool towels etc. there were times my girlfriend and I were swimming in the pool and the hotel staff would approach us asking for us to provide our room number to prove we belonged in the pool. Did not feel like we were on a relaxing vacation felt more like we were under pressure to prove we paid money to stay here. Would not recommend. The 808 grocery store staff was nice. Beach area was nice as well

Absolutely beautiful, perfect location. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Overall the room was very spacious, very clean, and the staff were very helpful.
