The room was nice and clean.

The floors had tape holding it down. The price was the only decent. The staff wasn’t attentive and the pictures were nothing like the rooms. They need updated pictures.

Beds had sagged on two sides and had no padding left, could feel the springs inside and we got back aches each day. Didn't get any breakfast when we checked for it at 8am every day. They said it got over and waiting for refill.

Bug on the ground, bad smell, bathroom with a big hole

Needed to stay here for a concert, wasn't expecting much but the rooms were nice and the people were friendly

This place is awsome! Will be my go to place when we stay in SD from now on...for the price cannot beat this. Clean, no roaches/bugs, comfortable beds, small but clean pool, AND breakfast! We stayed at a place in a neighboring city that was only 10 dollars cheaper, had roaches & no breakfast. Met one of the maintenance workers and he was kind & helpful. House keeping staff is obviously doing an amazing job too!

Trash bins were in front of guest front doors. Dirty water was sitting under the faucet. Very noisy. Some of the guests were arguing out loud.

Although this property was not luxerious, it had the basics that we needed. The locked check in door had me concerned at first, but the staff was friendly and helpful. We found the beds super comfy, fresh towels and sheets appreciated. (Some green hotels will not replace daily) It was hot and enjoyed the change. New flooring and paint on the bathroom door would help the appearance greatly, but the location was very convenient to SDSU (1 exit away), and parking directly in front of room was nice. Will stay again.

The hotel was ok. I really wouldn’t go out of my way to book it again. The room was so small. There were three of us and it seems so small. The water in the shower was reversed. It said it was cold but it was hot so it was not pleasant getting in the shower. The room also had a weird smell. The room was like stuffy even after the air was on. The area was fine and pretty quiet.

To much mold in the bathroom

Room was clean. AC worked very well. Close to SDSU, 2 minutes drive. Down side was they Only gave 1 bar of soap. Excellent water pressure from shower

After I paid for two adults and one child. I had to pay additional 15 dollars for the child. Will never say there again. This the very first-time I give a bad review in 35 years of traveling. Go figure how bad this hotel is..... Go somewhere else!!

The website stated that breakfast would be available. It was not. We were told it had been removed. If it was removed then it should also be removed from the website amenities. Place looks like it is not cleaned very well. Our room had FLEAS!! we woke up with bites and itching, we found on our bodies!! Staff was friendly.
