Helpful staff and nice property. The only complaint I have is, no microwave in the room. Maybe it didn’t say there was in the listing and I just didn’t notice that, not sure, but it surprised me. Most places with similar rooms include a microwave these days.

The very serious receptionist and didn't tell me how to activate the Wifi, lack of communication, made me feel that he was going to do me a favor and not give me a service The checkout receptionist, very friendly and communicative, very different!!

The property is clean, safe, and well maintained and the rooms comfortable. It is adjacent to a very busy and noisy freeway. I was assigned end-room in building closest to freeway which was likely the noisiest. Perhaps some units in buildings set back from freeway are not as impacted by noise.

I like the place; it's comfortable and clean. The only downside is that it's close to a highway. Those who get up early for work don't have a problem, but those who come to rest later won't be able to sleep because of the noise.

The hotel room was quite old. It smelled musty, was tiny, and just felt dirty.

Really surprised at how clean and spacious the rooms were. Love that the beds were easy to move as we were able to make space for the kids to play.

This is a very good hotel

It's our favorite hotel to stay. It is affordable and always clean.The front desk so it's friendly and helpful.

Very close to the Outlet. Have stayed here a good amount of times and never have been disappointed for a couple nights. Very basic but very nice for the price. Will continue to stay here for weekend trips.

Quiet at night

The staff when we checked in were very friendly. The room was average. Had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. This hotel was in a good location for our needs. This hotel is just off the highway, so it was a bit noisy. The pool was very clean and always had clean towels for us to use. Overall, a good price for the money.

It was easy to enter and exit, parking lots had adequate space. It was conveniently located.

Bed are extremely uncomfortable, some weird stains in the carpet but overall fair
