Mostly good, however microwave was not working correctly and frig was over cold, froze things. Lots of nice towels and heat/cool worked great. Wonderful for the price!

Very friendly staff and very accommodating hotel.

Terrible costumer service. Never at the front desk. Key card rarely working. Ordered room service and never got it and they claim they don’t know who the room service is through even though they offer it. We asked for the managers number but they didn’t have it. Someone cut our phone line so that didn’t work. Dirty bathrooms and constant dripping faucets. Would not stay here again or recommend.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable but had a urine smell. Seemed very damp. The humidity was very high.

This hotel was located further away from downtown than I thought, but was comfortable and clean. The breakfast could have hsd more options.

The room had a musty smell and the place needs some repairs but the complementary breakfast and pool were nice.

Did not like the drainage issues in the bathroom. Told management and did not seem to do anything about it. Had the problem for the two night stay.

The room was super humid hard for me to breathe as for a different room. They did give me a different room, but it still have that human smell

The first room we were placed in was a suite on the first floor. After a long day of travel, we were excited to be able to relax, but as soon as we went into the room, we could tell that it had not been cleaned. The beds were made, but there were stains on everything (carpet, linens, mattress). There was some sort of substance dripping off of the nightstand. We called the front desk and they were quick to put us into a new room. While we appreciate them being able to move us, the entire experience left a bad taste in our mouth.

Clean and comfortable space. Loved the beds. Price is good. It was quiet and staff helpful. Breakfast could have had a bit more and the pool needs updating as the paint is chipping off the walls. Still will stay again!

Breakfast was cold, Rooms wouldn't cool A/C hardly worked, smelled musty in rooms due to wet floor. Nobody was ever at front desk. I would stay anywhere else.

The room I was in was damp. So damp, that my clothes were all damp by day three. The other room my brother stayed in was damp and musty. It smelled like mold.

Overall it was ok but issues with room door locks, broken toilet seat, and you had to call the front desk staff on a phone for service. Other than these issues I would recommend this hotel.
