Location was good, excellent breakfast.

Hotel is outdated, dirty and loud. Rooms don’t seem to have been updated since the 80s, furniture is damaged, stains all over the place and finishing of the rooms is very poor. Children running through the corridors and door with no soft close makes the whole night very loud. Avoid this hotel and stay at the nearby premier inn

Seeing my family in Croydon

The property is in a good location to access London and other attractions. Good walking distance to the town high street for shopping and dining. Staff were very welcoming and friendly at all times. The rooms are a little dated in decor and paint work. But overall a comfy nights sleep in a good bed.

Good location and many dinning places

In was a nice hotel, shame the jacuzzi wasn't working and the car park was a bit pricey but it was a nice evening

I liked my stay. The bathtub in my room was a bit dirty so they gave me another room. However, the first room had a fridge and tissue box which was missing in the second one, but it didn't bother me. A Bath robe will be a nice inclusion. The pool could be better, the water was not very clear. The breakfast was decent. The staffs were kind and helpful. It's a good location near shopping places and bus stops.

Room and Pool area were a bit dated and hot tub was out of action but staff very friendly and helpful.

Staff were great, we were able to store our luggage while we toured. Room was older, but very clean. Breakfast was available at a reasonable cost.

Great place to stay close to Paddington station

Close by shopping area with everything you need. If going to venture out take public transportation, it’s easy simple and faster than the taxi’s

Property in a sketchy neighborhood. Public space ok. Rooms old old old. Huge need of update.

The hotel provided a comfortable base for us to explore the area. It was within easy walking distance of public transport.

It seemed run down

Room okay, bathroom basic with shower head over bath. Window didn’t open for security. I know it’s London but for the price wasn’t very good value.
