When i got there at the front desk no one was there and waited 1/2 hours.. the staff was not friendly at all wouldn't go there at gain ... room was very clean which i like it

We just completed a five night stay at this property. On the third morning, I was sitting at the makeshift table. (that would be the kind that you buy at Walmart for $10.) and I glanced at the wall to my left, and there was a roach walking across the picture. The room had a damp musty feeling to it. The pullout sofa was old and uncomfortable to sit in. We didn’t try opening it up to lay in it that would’ve been scary. We had the only unit available that was a kitchenette and the left side of the countertop was about 3 inches taller than the right side. When I looked at why, it was because they had put a cook stove top into the countertop which made the refrigerator underneath too tall, causing the thing to be out of level, but instead of correcting it, they simply went with it. That was haphazard and lazy on the part of whoever put this hotel together. The floor in that area was made of LVT and included a few 1/8” gaps that had crumbs of some sort in them. On a good note the toilet worked and the shower was hot and reasonably clean although the shower doors were inexcusably old and deteriorated. All in all I give this place a one star rating. The breakfast food quality was mediocre at best and at 8 AM on a Monday morning, had run out of orange juice and apple juice, and only had almond milk. We won’t be staying at this property again. I hope they do better.

Great hotel for a great price. Room was clean and easy access to Jones Beach and Long Island.

Stay was ok, staff is extremely rude and unprofessional.

The room was clean . The kind people staying there seemed strange . The tub had a paint peel where I could see a black oval area that first looked like a big cockroach. But it wasn’t bad and the room didn’t smell like smoke at all. It was definitely not worth what I paid which was $180/ night on a Friday night .

Good for a one night stay. Bathroom needs some work as tub paint was cracking, towel rack coming off the wall. Also room refrigerator did not work.

Room had a strong musty smell that even invaded my clean cloths in my luggage. Hung around for several days.

The recepcionist People was not willing to serve. Unfortunately every time I needed something from them, they were bothered . As well as the night, as well as the morning person. They behave like if they were giving you A favor . One of them even told me, i am Washing my teeth ma’am you will have to wait … other day was on the phone and not willing to observe Iwas waiting for her and it was not a hotel call. I am saying this for The future people . Not for me . Other than that, the cleaning lady was very good . I had a very good time . They have not given me my Deposit yet .

Comfortable

Not to good, the pool was CLOSED in August, And the tv was hard to work

I was visiting my hometown for the first time without having access to my childhood home. I needed a place that wasn’t too expensive ( relatively) . While this is on a busy highway it was set back so it wasn’t noisy. A diner and other eateries are across the street.

Very nice place to stay. I liked my stay in and the options you have if you want to go out for a coffee, get breakfast, etc.

Everything Was Good Thank You

Not a 5 star but it doesn’t come with a 5 star price. Plenty of parking, clean, rooms are basic, free breakfast, clean dining area. I’ve stayed here a few times never disappointed. Plus it’s quiet.

Hotel was fine….comfortable beds and AC worked well. After waking up and heading down for their breakfast, the Coffee Machine was inoperable and apparently had been for the week. There was no attempt to come up with a Plan B for coffee! Very disappointing!!!

Staff was not friendly. Keys wasn’t working on the door #252 went to get staff she came but used her key, I thought she was supposed to use my key,again on the night shift the guy who was there was worst did not speak a word to us, even we told him about the key not working.He came and used his key, I think they knew the key wasn’t working.it was very inconvenient for us to get staff every so often. Also at 3pm room was not ready, we had to wait maybe half hour later to get in. Thank you
