Really enjoyed my stay here - went for the buffet breakfast and was glad I did!

The hotel was adequate. The room was satisfactory but tired. Ate at the restaurant - food was just ok.

The stay was great from the moment we parked the car easily and walked into the lobby. The staff were friendly and very helpful and the rooms were comfortable (a good night's sleep). Crowne Plaza is next door to Resorts World and within walking distance of the NEC and Birmingham International.

Quality hotel, convenient for the NEC and other local attractions. Well maintained and excellent service.

Fulfilled my requirements but the room was a bit tired. Chipped furniture etc

Just what we needed

Gave me an accessibility room with a paper thin adjoining room door. I could hear the person in the adjacent room cracking into beer cans loud and clear all night. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

The hotel is spacious, very clean, staff friendly. The rooms are a good size, very quiet, comfortable and clean. You don't know you're near a major airport as its so quiet.

Was very clean nice room’s friendly staff easy check in and 2 minutes walk to where we was going. Very good parking would highly recommend and would use this property again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is a lovely hotel, with great staff. The only point id make is, please provide some signage for guests, so they dont pay full whack for parking prior to checking in where they receive a discount. This isnt made clear at point in the car park

Easy and convenient

Ordered a room with a king size bed only to be given two singles pushed together for the money I payed I’d have expected a king bed not two bed that constantly separated through the night
